Our room smelled a teeny bit musty. The fan on the A/C unit never turned off, even though the air temperature did vary to maintain the room at a constant temperature. The elevator was a bit rough, but it worked.

Our king bed room was very spacious. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the area was spacious with plenty of seating. The location was immediately off the interstate with a Cracker Barrel two buildings away.

The breakfast while understand is basic was lacking a lot of supplies reportedly due to shipments. Which I believe is true but also I believe is in part to not ordering in a timely manner

Breakfast was tasty, but several items were not refilled in a timely manner or guests needed to ask. Surprised the coffee area was not tidy. I'm not complaining, Hampton usually sets the bar high and you don't see this.

More than just adequate, but the shower soap dispenser was empty, the toilet handle was barely operable, and we couldn’t close the full blinds without obscuring the A/C vents.

There was a graduation party in the lobby that was going on from the time we checked in to around 10. And it was LOUD, you couldn’t call anyone in the lobby downstairs because you couldn’t hear. The part that I didn’t like is my room was directly above the party. We had to get up early for a tournament and I really needed to be asleep sooner than I was able to. I paid a lot of money for the stay- if I would have known this was going to be a thing I would have stayed next door at another hotel , it was too loud.

The staff was absolutely great. Very polite and friendly. This was my favorite part of the stay.

The staff in the morning at check out was very helpful. We mentioned two problems at check out (very sticky and dirty floors in our room and metal parts sticking out of the side of both beds, located in a place where we all hurts ourselves). Of course we could have mentioned it earlier, but we didn't realize how bad it was until we got all settled in and were ready for bed. Staff at check out made a report about it and promised it would be looked at shortly. Also promised to get back me about it, but so far (our stay was 3 weeks ago) haven't heard from anyone.

They took us in no problem after the disaster at the other motel offered us water and a small Discount and they did not have to the staff was so friendly and the rooms ever very nice and clean there was one issue and they fixed it right away

The bathroom door is a very odd duel closet door design where you can’t close it tightly as everyone in the room hears your activity. There was no maid service in between our two day stay when every other Hampton did.
