Check in unpleasant, women working kept me standing at desk for over 10 minutes while she was doing side work. I finally had to ask her if there was anyone working the and she said her. She knew I was there, but just ignored me until I said something. She didn't talk at all just took and gave. We had to find elevators on our own etc... very unprofessional and unpleasant women.

Location great that's why I chose. Check out was pleasant and courteous. Room clean and comfortable.

There was a strange smell coming from near the fridge area like someone let their pet pee near there.

Great location and nice breakfast selection. I was given the option to have my room cleaned after the first day.

Getting charged x 3 different taxes for one room is not idea. Bathroom and sitting area in the suite was not cleaned properly. Stains were still on the corners of the floors and tub from previous people. There's a oil stain coming down the wall in the bedroom as well above the TV. Refrigerator does not get as cold. Stain on the couch that one person can sit on. Removed it and candy and skittles were stuck on it. Needs updated furniture and bathroom needs cleaning. Wifi kept going off so work could not be done. Overall, just need a good cleaning and attention to details.

Breakfast options and cleanliness around the eating area was excellent! Servers were exceptional every day. COFFEE and TEA options daily throughout the night and day was a plus!!!!! Also, eating areas are right here and all around. Shopping is close as well! Hospital is within walking distance!

Breakfast offerings were good. We were in town for a funeral and stayed two nights but were not at the hotel much except to sleep. We would stay again if in the area. Nice stay.

Our first room had no working air and the shampoo n conditioner were empty. Thankfully, the staff were able to move us to a new room that had everything we needed.

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best. Small body hairs were in the shower and on the soap dispenser.

My daughter’s room had something smeared on the wall and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned very well. You could see that on the underside of the toilet, it had splash from someone else’s poop. And we could tell that someone had been in our rooms even though we had done not disturb signs on our doors.

It was in a decent and safe neighborhood. It was close to shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was nice.

Parking was a little tight for the type of vehicle that I travel in, but I managed it. Would like to have had a plain waffle for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Room was clean and met my needs nicely. Breakfast at facility was helpful and convenient.

The breakfast protein choices were very limited and high in salt and fat (except the yogurt, which had a lot of sugar in it). There was a club nearby, and the sound was a little annoying until I fell asleep. I'd ask for the other side next time.

The hotel was in a great location for our activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't have time to try it out.

When we checked in that evening the bedroom temperature was 81 degrees. The A/C had flipped a breaker & no one could come fix until the next day.

Room mix up. First receptionist acted as if she could have cared less. Her last statement was ‘it’s better to book directly instead of through third party’.

Breakfast was okay. Both day the staff at the breakfast bar was friendly. My room was not what I supposed to had according to Booking.com. Receptionist acted very nonchalant when I explained to her and showed her my upgrade I paid for. Long story short…. I did not get changed to another room nor did she try to help figure out my issue.

Check-in was a disaster. After booking and prepaying on Booking.Com, the hotel didn't have a record of the room being paid for and tried to bill me again. We finally worked it out, but it took a bit.

The staff was friendly and did a great job. The room was clean and comfortable.
