We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only problem i faced was that I booked 2 rooms through booking.com, payment for 1 room was successfully processed where as for 2nd room it didn't, although I booked and paid together and my booking.com account showed that rooms were fully paid, and also I called hotel because I needed to make change 1 room from king to queen beds, thet found my booking in their system and admitted that I have 2 rooms booked in their system through booking.com, even at that time they didn't mention that we have only 1 room booked.The manager said that its not their problem and we need to fix it through booking.com, so that was a very difficult procedure to call booking.com and get it fixed due to long long wait time on call after 3 hours flight. I always use booking.com and if some times payment doesn't go through the hotel ask for the card and we are good with the payment thing. So I would say if you are booking.com through 3rd party then make sure twice or thrice that payment went through other the hotel will not help you in anyway. They only know booking.com when booking room and taking payment from them ,they are not helpful for the customers coming through 3rd party
Very clean rooms, dark blinds to get a sound sleep. No noise at all very peaceful, very good breakfast with ample space to accommodate everyone. Very good and friendly staff.

United StatesThe elevator was a tad bit scary at times and had an expired inspection permit posted which was slightly concerning.
Staff members were so nice and welcoming! The man in the morning who I assume is the manager is so kind and goes above and beyond for his guests. The breakfast was full of many options which was really nice. Room was clean. Parking was easy and had a lot of lights which made it feel safe when getting back late.

We loved the hospitality despite the keys not working. The breakfast bar was great for kids with waffles, whip cream, chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle. Amazing for the kids! Also, the rooms were very clean!
