How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The Lady that works at front desk needs some customer service training. I went in person to the reception and I Asked for a couple of extra pillows two times and she just ignored me saying she had some other matter to attend but she will check and call to my room, well.. she Never called… tried to reach couple of times by phone but she just put me on hold for around 10 minutes so I hung up and slept with no extra pillow.

Verified reviewThe property was cleaner then most places that I have stayed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected and the staff at breakfast, were very friendly and helpful.
I booked 2 rooms 4 months before our stay and requested two rooms side by side. (We were traveling with children) one week before our stay I received a confirmation on our rooms. then which I sent back a message to confirm our side by side rooms, which they never replied. Once we arrived, front desk said only one room was ready and we would have to wait for the second. about 15-20 minutes. I asked if our rooms were side by side and the said no they are on different floors! which then they blamed on bookings for the rooms not being together. (BECAUSE WE GOT A SPECIAL RATE) they would not make any changes that we had requested. That were made 4 months before our stay. So after an 90 minute wait our rooms were finally ready. Pool is very small and not enough outdoor seating for guest.

The hallways and elevators were very warm. It almost felt like they had the heat turned on. The air conditioner in the room made an awful noise all night. We had it turned all the way down (66), but it barely got cool. When it cut off, it immediately became very warm in the room. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The room smelled really weird and musty, but it appeared very clean. The absolute worst part about it was all of the noise. I have never stayed at a hotel that was this noisy. You could hear EVERY door shut, all the toilets up and down the hallway flushing, people talking in the next room and even though we stayed on the 2nd floor, it sounded like the people down at the pool were INSIDE our room yelling and making tons of noise. It was very difficult to sleep. We were hoping the air conditioner would mask some of the noise, but even though we had it set really low, it never stayed on for very long before it would cycle off. I liked that they had a messaging system. I used it to see if we could move to another room, but they were unable to accommodate us. They did, however, offer to go ask the guests at the pool to keep the noise level down. It got quiet about 35-40 minutes later, but I think it's because the pool closed. I then asked for a fan, and they responded that they don't have fans. Due to all the various noises and the inability to regulate the room temperature very well, we didn't get any sleep, and we promptly left around 6 am and drove home. I can not recommend this hotel. Especially at the price point. It seems kinda old, in need of some maintenance and repairs, and is way too noisy. The staff was very nice, though. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I would not stay here again.
