We had multiple outdoor insects in various places throughout the room. The doors were challenging to open and close.

The staff was friendly and the room was a nice space.

We had wholes in the floor you had to use a plugger EVERY time you try to use the bathroom doors didn’t shut right we will leave are room come back and all you had to do was push the door open cause it didn’t lock behind you after shutting was so not worth what was paid never in my life had I had such a bad experience and I travel do to been a sports mom

Adding on a $10 parking fee is just wrong. Unless you are parking more than one vehicle, parking should be included in the base price.

I was charged an extra $90 for the first night and don't know how to get it refunded soap dispenser was empty soap tray at sink was dirty toilet rocked on the floor light bulbs missing making the rooms dark rug was shagging baseboard was getting replaced in lobby area...made it look sloppy

The living room furniture is uncomfortable. The toilet was so low that my husband had to help me off of it. The towel racks are not near the shower. They hide behind the door so you either have to get out of the shower wet or get someone to get it for you! No racks to hang kitchen towels. Breakfadt only goes to 9am. 10am on weekends. Should be 10 am daily. Each time some in anothet clise room closed their door, ours would rattle! The highway noise was so loud we had to get earplugs which I only wore one night because my head hurt so bad. Air coming in the window cracks. I stuffed paper towels in them. I asked for another room but was told there were none. However, when checking in, I was told they were not full. Spider webs in corners I had to clean out. No hot tub. I was told they removed it. I will not be staying there again!

Thay the bedroom and living room wrte separate. Liked the kitchenette. The bed was good except for the pillows. Breakfast was good if we were up early enough to enjoy it!

The rooms aren't cleaned well. Dog urine and toe nail clippings on the floor. Urine still in the toilet and old food in the refrigerator. Not clean at all.

Our original room was in rough shape and did have one serious issue. However after talking with staff about it, I was given a new, upgraded room at no additional cost. That room was very nice.

The lobby was modern. Staff were nice. Free breakfast was good.

The king-size bed was a little too stiff. But that could be me! I like soft and comfy! Hubby didn't mind. Cleanliness was a little under done. There was a benadryl found in the right cubby hole by the bathroom on the sink. We have a 2-year-old that we are glad she didn't find it! I happened to and threw it out. The sink faucets had some build-up on them that I wiped right off when I cleaned. Found some wrappers not from the snacks we had on hand under the couch when we pulled it out as for some clear shiny substance I had to wipe off of the two square foot rest. Also, room 409 has a funky smell in the fridge/freezer. It could use some baking soda! Ps. The bedroom lamp light bulbs flicker, too!

The kids loved the pull out couch it was comfy for them! The breakfast was good! The lotion and shampoo conditioner combo smells phenomenal! (I just was curious about the smell) I wish there was a little bottle to keep, hehe! Overall, it's was a good stay! Just a few things that were not ok....

The pool had way, way too much chlorine. We could smell it on the 3rd floor. My kids LOVE to swim, and they couldn't stand it, and family had to stand outside the pool to watch them swim. We only stayed to extra day to have a.pool day, so we were very disappointed.

Rhonda was great, and so easy to work with. The other desk staff weren't as good.

The bathroom floor didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in a while. The faucet in the sink was to close to the sink. Hands were touching the sink while washing hands water everywhere.. but other than that it was good
