Overall was very nice but we came in at 1 am for check in and the person doing the check was so not interested in giving advice about the shuttle to the Hard Rock stadium. Seems he was not there for us. Then came back from the concert at 2 am and we had trouble scanning some items and he was there and didn’t even try to help!

Very close to Hard Rock stadium and I was going for a concert there!

The outside gates didn't unlock at night so you had too walk all the way through the weight room too get too the pool

It was a good locating for traveling around the lower half of Florida. There is great restaurants close by and the staff was very nice breakfast was different every morning we were there.

The property was nice. We did have an issue with our room not being cleaned. After that, we didn’t bother to have them clean it. I requested towels, washcloths and toilet paper from the front desk when needed. They need to work on making sure rooms are cleaned. We ended up on our 4th night seeing a huge roach we had to kill that came in our room. Very gross.

Everything was great! Clean, near by restaurants and stuff to do! I stayed here but went to Hialeah which was about 20 minutes from here! The staff were super nice and welcoming! Breakfast was your typical breakfast LOL but good!

The older Indian lady that was at Front desk seemed to be dismissive when I asked about early check in. I sent a message to hotel weeks before. I asked if I could get an estimated time to check on status of a early room assignment, and instead if answering my question, the lady mentioned room wasnt clean yet and offered to call me when it was ready. My girlfriend flew in early for 1 night and wanted to relax. I ended up being checked in exactly at standard 3pm. However, My card was charged/authorized for my stay before I got to hotel. I booked a "pay at hotel" option stay. How would the hotel know if I wanted to use a different card at check in? I didn't like that. My television had issues with the hue color on screen and needs to be replaced. The toilet ran all day between flushing, which was a little annoying. I didnt bother to complain since i was only there the 1 night. The breakfast here was subpar. Just basic eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, and yogurt. They don't offer much else so you gotta make the most of it. An Overpriced night for the service I received. I stayed at this location last year and had a better experience than this time. I probably will choose a different Hampton Inn next time.

The young indian woman at the front desk that officially checked me in was friendly and professional. She even got me an estimate of when my room would be ready which i appreciated.The room was spacious and cleaned well. The room came with a microwave and fridge. Temperature in the room was nice and thermostat worked well.The hotel was in a good location, close to nearby outlets, restaurants and turnpike. Not bad for a short stay.

I didn’t like that the cleaning lady on the 3rd Floor ONLY spoke Spanish. She was a nice lady and she did her best but she wasn’t able to understand any English. So she could not provide me with the things I needed.

I’ve stayed here before and I always liked this location.
