Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I enjoyed sitting in the big room downstairs (where breakfast was served) enjoying my coffee. Nice to have lemon water in the lobby too. I would return here. Lots of casual restaurants close by.

There had been a large group with many children before us and the floor was pretty messy in that area but a person came and cleaned up while we were eating. She didn't clean under us but did try to clean up the mess as best she could without disturbing us.

The Hampton is always a good choice while in Folsom. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are more than adequate. The noise from the other guests arriving later at night or coming in late can be loud, but overall the accommodations are very good. I like the Hampton because they give me the flexibility of canceling without being charged if something such as changing road conditions or weather affects our travel.
