How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Appreciate that oatmeal was available for breakfast, otherwise lack healthy options. Also, only whole apple is offered, would prefer more choices; mandarin oranges and bananas, or cut fruits like melons.

I recognized I booked this room through booking.com, however the room I chose was to include a sofa and I paid extra for this option. The room I received did not include a sofa. I brought this up to the front desk staff. They seemed confused and didn't have an answer or option for me. I was disappointed that nothing was done and I paid extra for this option. I did not pursue it further because I assumed since I booked through a third party I would have no option with the hotel.

The room was musky. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom door and the shower door would not stay closed. We reported the issue with the doors to the front staff and they immediately called maintenance to address the issue.
Very nice hotel. Comfy bed. Good continental breakfast. Staff super friendly.

Barking dog in a nearby room at 1 a.m.. Didn't expect to be in an animal tolerant facility. Dog had been left alone in the room. Absolutely intolerable. Lost several hours of sleep because of this.
The breakfast was fine, better than most I've had while on the road.

The weather not cooperating with our pool plans. Everything was great, my daughter forgot her swimsuit and we drove to Target 5 minutes away.
The staff was really friendly and accommodating from the start. The check-in process was fast, and loved that parking was so convenient.

A little blah but good value. My room was clean other than a dirty facecloth left behind in the shower. That was gross.

Breakfast was ok, could have used a little biscuit & Gravy, everything else was fine.
The hotel was fie and very clean. Lady at front desk was very helpful, friendly and checked us in quickly. She handled a possible volital situation very efficiently.

Better mattress for sofa bed.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was sunken in the middle, I could feel the springs , I think my back is bruised. Hardly slept all 3 nights. I wanted 2 queen beds , but they were unavailable.

The housekeeping were extremely rude and tries to kick is out of out room before check out time. The funny desk staff girl who worked on Sunday 9/22/2024 was not professional with a annoyed and none caring attitude
The hotel is clean and smells good, the room is clean. Breakfast is pretty good.

Laundry room was dirty. The washer and dryer were full of dog hair! I get that people come in and out all day but there should be some one constantly picking up trash, sweeping the front entrance. We like finding hotel with breakfast. The breakfast was good but a lot of times items we all gone and never replenished (apart for the waffles), muffins and sweet bread were out. Pool could have been just a little cleaner.
It was in the area we wishes to stay. It’s a newer hotel so it was ok. The staff were friendly. The manager was great. The swimming pool water felt great I believe it was the salt water.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was also a large dog and a cat next door in the adjoining room that barked and meowed a lot.

The TV remote control was not user friendly. It was the worst such unit that we have ever encountered.

The mattress or mattress topper was stained with old blood and the duvet had the face print of the housekeeper on it.
