Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hotel was under going a remodel and was not told about it at the time of booking. The front desk was gone when we checked in and out, when checking in a staff member greeted us and asked for my drivers license and a credit card. When I gave it to her she took them out of my sight I assume to finish check in. the staff member should have never taken those items out of my sight they should have reconfigured front desk area to do check in and check out.
Location near the Airport was good.

United StatesI didn’t like that we couldnt get towels at night. We gave our girls a bath and didn’t have dry towels for us. When I went down stairs the girl didnt have any full size towels and no idea how to get me any. The only thing she had was hand towels. The only thing she said she would b able to do is let me know if she located some and call my room so I could come get them because at night they were not allowed to leave the front desk area, (Which I completely understand)

United StatesIt was an odd thing but when we went to watch the television it would rotate only partially in the direction of either the couch or the bed. I ended up moving an ottoman in front of the TV and watching without a seat back.
The location of the hotel solved many logistical problems when we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was good without being particularly impressive.

United StatesBreakfast had the usual items. We wish they had more variety of food items especially when you stay for more than a couple of days. The rooms could be updated because because the furnishings were showing their age with wear and tear.
We requested a room on the upper floor and had a good view of the planes taking off and landing at Austin Airport. The king room had a good amount of space to put your stuff. The front lobby had lots of space for breakfast. We appreciated the airport shuttle late at night, although we did have to wait awhile because there were a number of hotel guests being transported at the same time.

United StatesStore was expensive and after I purchased somethings, using cash, I asked for change to tip the shuttle driver and the concierge desk clerk told me she didn’t have any cash. When I had just given the store clerk cash. From the time I went to check out, the concierge clerk was disrespectful and seemed to have an attitude.

United StatesThe lady at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood. She did not even offer a welcoming smile when we arrived. We left our luggage at the hotel and went to have something to eat while waiting for the room to be ready to check-in. The lady at the front desk in the afternoon was very amiable, different from the one before noon.
Excellent location near the airport. The airport shuttle driver was serious but nice. I had to fly very early, so I didn't have breakfast.

United KingdomHotel was being refurbished, so lobby and ground floor was a building site. Breakfast was not as good as my last visit and we had to search for somewhere to sit. Staff were often nowhere to be found at the 24 hour front desk.
Location was great for the airport and nearby Mexican restaurant. Rooms were fairly comfortable although dated.

United StatesOur AC wouldn't work, and when we told the lady at the counter, she sent someone to look at it. But he tried and couldn't make it work and walked out of the room. My husband went back to the counter after awhile and she said they'd send someone tomorrow and there were no more rooms. Luckily we were up and out of there early the next morning.
