Something was leaking in the fourth floor hallway, and there was a bucket collecting the water for the duration of our stay. It appeared to be a pipe, not rainwater, and it was a little surprising that it was repaired more quickly.

Location was very convenient both to the airport and to the Northway.

The employee at the front desk was sleeping when we arrived and smelled of pot smell . plus was told that they shuttled to airport when booked and when we arrived at hotel , told me the shuttle didnt leave until 730 . that is one of the reason I chose this hotel is because they had airport shuttle and ended up not beable to use it .

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. However, only at 6:40am an unfriendly staff turned on the lights without apology or explanation for the delay. We chose this place for the early breakfast option since we needed to get to a soccer game on time. Also, the booking.com message function only gets an autoresponder from a former employer. The staff at reception could not have cared less about all of this - her answer to the late breakfast was that this wasn’t her responsibility, she only worked the reception.

The sound problem in the rooms. Not enough of it I could here the neighbors peeing. Could here the refrigerated truck out side of my room. Otherwise it was good.

Facility is getting old and noticed rugs and furniture a bit dirty. I know this is costly but a refresh is needed in the rooms.

Shuttle hours didn't meet our needs for early morning flight out of Albany. Shuttle starts at 6:00 a.m.

Only disappointment was the pool being closed which was one of the reason I booked it so my son could swim at night.

Breakfast which was included was great, lots of options and my son can’t get enough of the waffle maker. Gym was very nice and had the necessary equipment and I loved the coffee in the lobby!

Ac didn't work, the pool was down and there was no notice. We had even called to verify about the pool before the trip because it was the number 1 thing my family wanted to do. Got there and then was told no pool so we more or less wasted a bunch of money and time

Airco was too loud to keep on but room was also a bit warm and stuffy. Hard to find a happy place. Snap to get to airport from here.

Room didn't have chemical smell (like so many chain hotels). Big room. Thanks for top floor. Good breakfast (more fruit would be nice and better knives to cut fruit with).

Stayed for second Day. It was new years day. asked to have room serviced. we needed towel coffee, Tea, Fresh beds Tissue etc. The reception answer it won't be done, there is no one on Duty. Our room was not cleaned well as it had food from a previous client in the cabinet. When we returned to our room That evening, I asked for another room since there were only 9 guests in the whole hotel. The night shift could not help sighting lack of jurisdiction. We needed up with clean towels, some coffee. and what not we got all what we asked for. Looking back The morning receptionist could have offered us another room, that is what an experienced host would have done, but alas her youth was her downfall.

The tub faucet was constantly dripping and almost running the entire day and night. No amount of strength could turn it off and it was in obvious need of replacement. I notified the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know. The sink faucet was a little loose too but at least the water turned off. I saw they were doing some remodeling down on the lobby area with some new Sheetrock so maybe they’re going to remodel this hotel? Our bed was way too soft and I felt like I sank into the mattress. Overall tho the hotel was pretty quiet and was nice for a short stay. We weren’t there for very long since we visited with family. Only there to sleep and shower.

It was a convenient location to family.
