We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI didn't like that they never gave us room service and the person in charge of providing breakfast had a terrible attitude and efficiency. The food was running out and the wait for a refill was somewhat long. The quality of the food is good but the service in that area is poor.
I liked that it was central and close to the area of interest, the spacious room. Vanessa, the girl at the reception, was very nice and helpful and gave us a warm welcome.

Breakfast was good. Room was roomy and nice. The entire hotel was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Everyone was nice.

United Statesthe bathroom faucet was an issue. I was very displeased with the parking cost of $15 a day not clear when I made the reservation - it said parking available. However, hidden in amenities per the hotel staff it was there. I never saw it. I would not return to this location nor would I use booking.com again. I've used other third parties without issue. However, this experience has been off-putting to say the least.

Breakfast was decent, typical of most hotels. Our original room had no water pressure so we reported it to the front desk and in 5 minutes they had us in a new room and upgraded us to a suite...great service!
