The location is not convenient for walking around the neighborhood.

Great location for 4th July festivities and Imagine Children's Museum. Wonderful, well stocked free breakfast. Housekeepers courteous and thorough.

the toilet got clogged while we were in the room from a previous person and they had me plunge it myself.

the room was spacious and i loved that they put us in adjoining rooms so the kids could be in their own room. the beds were comfortable.

Parking was not good. The spaces were not wide enough for my vehicle, and the posts were right in the way of passengers getting out.

Location was perfect, close to restaurants and other points of interest.

Very clean and comfortable. I liked the secure underground parking. Great location for us. Walkable distance to restaurants and The Imagine Children's Museum. All of the staff were friendly. Good selection of items to choose from for breakfast and the area was monitored and refilled.

I can not say that I didn't like anything.

We always love staying with Hampton, because of the breakfast and just the general wonderful feel we get when staying there. We have found this Hampton in particular is always been clean and just a pure pleasure to stay with. The staff continue to make the breakfast spectacular and receive you like you are family.

1. The shower handle was too loose so it wouldn't stay at the correct temperature and kept going too hot has it would sag down. I did let the manager know so they could fit it and he said thank you and that he would fix it. 2. The staff preparing the breakfast were fantastic and friendly. I just think overall, the food at all hotels could be better ie; the meat shouldn't be gray, the eggs shouldn't be rubbery, and the mix used for waffles would be nicer if the quality was better. 3. I wish it had a hot tub.

We had specifically booked a sea view room, but our room was located on the side of the building, overlooking an industrial area, with a partial view. When we raised this concern, the staff member seemed irritated, dismissive, and quite rude. She insisted that all their rooms face the same direction, but it was evident from the layout of the building that some rooms clearly have a direct view of the water, unlike ours.

The room was a decent size, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable and tidy, and we appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Parking was also easy and felt secure, which was a plus.

The emails to check in remotely and set up your key on your phone. It didn’t work, and when I called the 1-800 number I got corporate Hilton who had no idea how it worked and told me to restart the app. Still didn’t work.

All of it is fabulous with maybe a little bit of a parking garage issue. Too many compact spots and I drive a truck so made for difficult times trying to park and exit my truck without slamming the concrete pilings or the compact car next to me. That's my only gripe

The parking spaces were a little tight, but I understand you are limited on space.

Great location. We walked to the Flying Pig for dinner. Clean rooms; lots of space. Great variety at breakfast.
