The location was decent however it is on a one-way so when you’re coming in from downtown, you have to make a U-turn to get on the opposite side of the road to get to the hotel Would be nice if there was a middle lane but that’s not the properties fault. I understand that they are renovating this hotel. We stayed on the first floor, and the second we went around the corner. It’s a very, very strong smell of urine to the point where I actually plugged my nose every time I went out to the hall, but when we got to the room, it did not smell like that . It was simply just in that hallway. There was also missing tiles from the ceiling in the hall. there was water damage and the pool was completely filled with mattresses in my opinion. If you’re renovating that is something that maybe you would want to hide maybe put something over the window and doors so that your guest don’t see that you have 100+ mattresses stacked up in a swimming pool

The air conditioner was not good. The refrigerator did not cool very well. The majority of the hotel was under construction , and the hallways were a mess.

1-The only working ice machine was in the lobby. 2- Only microwave was in the lobby, 3- poor lighting in the parking area. 4- slow drain in the bath tub, 5- No ventilation in the bathroom, 6- Hallway smelled of urine 7- Stains on floor and chair in room.

It is in need of repair: our room door was falling off the hinge & was difficult to open & close. The outside & parking lot had trash & needed sprucing up.

They allowed us to check in early and it was a good price. It was clean & neat.

The property has little to offer in appearance from the outside and lobby; looks run down and unclean. Could use a good deep clean. It appears it may double as a living facility of some sort. The complementary breakfast was a paper bag including bottled water, fruit cup (expired), and a breakfast bar.

We liked the location of the property. The room was acceptable and clean enough to sleep in. We only needed a place to sleep, it did the job.

Our room door would not shut without lifting it up and pulling it very hard. When we returned one day, someone had been in our room and left it open (remains a mystery). The pool, exercise room and one elevator were closed. No breakfast. The price we paid initially was over $50 more than what we had to pay for an additional day.

Staff were fantastic and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Close to busline to get downtown and close to many food options and shopping.

Facility needs upgrading. Carpets looked dingy and old. Our room should have been cleaned better: mold inside the window unit and bathroom.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no outside sign lit on a very dark road was hard to find. Waited 20 minutes no one came to the counter to check me in. Ice machine on the third floor did not work. There is no breakfast available.

Staff was friendly. Our room was very clean & the location was ideal for our stay. The only downside was they were not doing breakfast, but we were minutes away from stores & places to eat. We also enjoyed the 12pm checkout time.
