Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe building itself is rather outdated. Cold air blew right in around the heater and that whole wall. I don’t like the big heavy comforter. Found a blanket, tho. Pillows were a little skimpy. Mattress kep sliding off one side of the bed. Room was a little small. No place to hang coats, robes other than closet. Grab bar in shower was right in the way of really getting under the water.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Hospitality was good.

United StatesThe facility is excellent: squeaky-clean, quiet, and attractive rooms; friendly staff; and a great complimentary breakfast with ample seating. We chose the hotel because it offered transportation to and from the airport, and that worked seamlessly. It is about 1/2 hour from Pittsburgh center, but it's worth the commute.
