Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were traveling with our small dog. One the cost was high $75 for a pet. The room we were given had several “stains” on the carpet from past guests, and although the room was clean and did not smell, it was not the best for our dog to have those After scents left behind. Made me wonder after paying such a high fee for a dog, where the money goes. I’m probably more mad at the prior guests who would even let that happen. Ruins it for all us other travelers who have well be halved pets. I did get a nice reply from guest services that they would notify the management.
The location was very nice. Our beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice

United StatesDoors should have some sort of attached hydraulic system so they can close softly. You hear along of doors slamming throughout the day and into the night. Also, the dog potty area was riddled with dog poop! Constantly stepping in poop because owners didn’t pick up after their animals :(
The Manager Suzanna (Suzie) was SO SWEET! She checked us in and was so welcoming and very kind. Gave us tons of tons of recommendations for the area and was so accommodating. The A/C was really good and we could have our room cold like we prefer. Room was very spacious and clean, entertainment options on the tv were good.

United StatesThe hair dryer didn't work and it took hours to get a replacement. By the time we got it, we had left, so our hair was less than perfect. The other complaint is that we booked a king room, but they only provided 4 standard-sized pillows. King-sized pillows are a must on a king-sized bed...period.
The room was spacious. It had a microwave and a mini-fridge. Unfortunately, there was no coffee maker.

The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom was ok and had good products. We were missing our blow dryer but I'm sure it was just our room. The hot tub was broken but we were just there for the night so no big deal. The breakfast was good and better than average. I would stay here again.
