    The manager was understanding but the guy at the bar by the pool was rude, afraid short rude for no reason and talked junk is was pass having bad customer service but the resort was nice look wise I enjoyed what I made of my stay wish I’d know the room didn’t have a stove but it was nice

    We were there 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, we had to keep asking for more towels and trash bags, We gave our trash to the housekeeper cleaning the room beside us, she never asked if we needed anything else or if she could touch up our room. We have never stayed in a Hampton that didn't clean our room every day and we always stay at Hampton...

    The breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect

    The carpet in our room was'sticky'...I wasn't comfortable walking on it in bare feet!

    Breakfast wasn’t very good. It was pretty noisy at night. I couldn’t get the tv to work and the front desk couldn’t figure it out either.

    Digital key didn't open outside door from parking lot. Had to get a card key.

    Great location. Breakfast area was nice. Only spent one night.

    Room had dirty sheets. Went to front desk. He brought sheets stripped the bed. He then laid them on the bed. When I asked him if he was going to make the bed he said he was not housekeeping. Then he brought double sheets instead of king sheets. Batteries in remote were dead so tv

    Typically offered water when arriving at Hampton Inn. Desk clerk appeared annoyed since my arrival interrupted whatever he was doing.

    clothes was left in the closet from previous guest no pillow case was on our pillows on one bed BUT house keeping came immediately once front desk was notified at check in, I was not told about breakfast or pool hours

    We booked 3 months in advance and were notified via email that we would have a room on first floor as requested, it didn't happen, we had a valid reason for wanting a first floor room, had I known ahead of time that my request wouldn't be honored I would have cancelled, an extra $22 fee was also tacked on the amount that was confirmed online. We booked through Booking.com, maybe that was the problem, will contact Hampton directly if we decide to stay there again, if Hampton Inn has problems through Booking.com, they shouldn't use them.

    It's a nice, comfortable place to stay, good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast bar.

    Booking.com messed up my billing. I was charged for the 1st two nights (one at a time) and then I got a charge for the entire stay from Hampton. So I'm in the process of disputing the bill. Hampton says its your fault and you are impossible to reach by phone. Bottom line is I will never use Booking.com again and tell everyone about the mess you've made of my account.

    My air conditioner roared all night long (two nights) even when I turned the unit OFF on the wall it still sounded like the fan was going. It never got cool (I like it COLD). I woke up multiple times a night stuffy. 2nd Floor Housekeeping on Monday 2/27 daytime was a little over the top. Female/Country Southern Voice was VERY loud - she must have been on the phone with her supervisor. She was yelling - just tell me what rooms you want done! (Right outside my door) Do you need me to do one room, two rooms just tell me! I started to go out/lunch but I didnt want her to know I heard all that and embarrass her but she was very aggressive with her tone in a hallway.

    The property was beautiful. The pond, large trees and moss! Convenient location also.

    I don’t have any complaints. All I can suggest is that some of the furniture in the room, such as the couch, needs to be updated. It had a couple of holes in it and a stain on the back.

    I absolutely loved our stay at Hampton Inn at Pawleys Island! Yes, this is an older hotel, and some of the furniture could use an update, but that did not take away from the overall wonderful stay that we had. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by two very friendly staff members at check-in. Then we arrived to a room that was exceptionally clean and smelled so nice. The walk-in shower was a nice bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning. There were more than enough options to choose from. My husband loved the waffle maker and sausage. I loved that there were fresh fruit and muffin options. Coffee was nice and hot too. We were very impressed! The next time we visit Pawleys Island, this will be our go to place to stay!!

    Bed was very firm which was uncomfortable to me. Did not rest well during my stay.

    Breakfast is amazing! Hampton has a good reputation for variety and delicious food. Lots of space in our room. Nice fish tank in lobby. Great coffee/tea selection

    Front door came off track as my wife maneuvered baggage cart thru it
