United StatesI requested an early check in because I was traveling and needed to get ready for a funeral. I wasn’t able to check in until the normal time, giving me 15 minutes to get ready after a 4.5 hour drive. It would not have been so bad but I overheard the housekeeper say the room had been cleaned since the morning. So, the hotel itself was good, but the empathy and understanding of the staff was non-existent.

United StatesBooked this hotel to be able to use the pool. Could NOT the room temperature in the pool area was kept at 71 degrees. I talked to the maintenance man/ pool guy, and he told me he could not turn it up that regulations per New York state is 71 degrees. That was completely UNTRUE! The minimum is 75 degrees. That is a minimum! Most indoor pool areas are typically kept around 85. The fact the room temperature was only 71 degrees in unacceptable. In my 4 days there, not 1 person was in that pool. I would like some compensation for this issue!

United StatesThere were no lampshades on the two lamps in between the beds. Just lightbulbs. When I requested lampshades to please be brought up since I was traveling with 85-year-old and an 80-year-old I was told there were unavailable. Secondly, while we went down for breakfast, there was no flavored creamer and was told they have not had since Covid, which is one of the main reasons I stay at Hilton hotels. I was told they used to use pumps for the flavored creamer, but they had the cups for the regular, but why not pay the extra money to get the flavored ones back. Extremely disappointing.
