Pool party open to the public was kind of a strange event. People paying over $300 a day for a family vacation aren’t looking to party with the local kids.

The carpets needed cleaning, the tub and sink had chips and cracks that were not appealing. Not very much selection of gluten free or allergy sensitive folks but most places don't have that. A/C vent needed a good cleaning. There was loud renovations taking place but I understand the property needs to be maintained. The parking lot was FLOODED when I arrived.

I loved the decor was nice and subtle, Not to loud. Very relaxing. The linens were VERY clean. The toilet was very clean and had a pleasant odor. The facilities offered looked very well kept and appealing. It was very relaxing! The staff was very helpful and kind. When my room rate was not applied correctly, there was a knowledgeable staff who took care of it in a flash. Very very nice stay all around. I would definitely stay again.

Pool have no ocean view, doesn’t have enough covered spaces and chairs to relax, a lot of kids using the hot tub, and had nobody offering drinks and food at the pool area, the tiki bar was to close to the restrooms and was smelling very bad over there.

Our hotel room carpet smelled like urine. Gagging at the sickening smell entire stay. Carpet needs to be ripped out.

I was very shocked this trip as we have stayed here many times. Security seems to have been pushed aside. Every exterior door, public access, was unlocked. Anyone could enter the hotel at any time. We even witnessed beach goers parking next to the hotel in clearly marked hotel parking and walk to the beach! Have we gotten to the point where nothing is ever said to anyone for fear of making them angry and getting a bad review? I would think that the safety of your guests would be a top priority . We really love this hotel and most of what you have to offer, but we may start to look elsewhere if this is the attitude the hotel now has.

Cleanliness and proxemity to the beach.

The water took a long time to warm up. The construction was noisy. The heat would not stay on. In addition, there was no information given that you pay for parking every day. However, I was charged daily for parking on my receipt. Those were additional expenses that I was not made aware of.

Pool was heated but waterfall wasn't turned on which was a reason we chose this hotel. I overheard staff say they checked heat on pool but decided not to turn on waterfall.

The staff was put upon by the customers. You had to wait around for them to finish their conversations w/ each other (lots of laughing) or wait until they put their phone down.

We had the ocean and beach right there, we rented an umbrella and chairs one day and just relaxed and enjoyed the Florida sunshine and cool ocean breeze, just a short walk up to the bar area to enjoy drinks and great food, what’s not to love

Some minor cosmetic fixes in the room we were staying in but nothing that impacted our stay or comfort.

The pool is absolutely wonderful and one of our main purposes for staying here many times. We also love the access to the beach complete with showers.
