We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe only downside was breakfast, which was very poor – no vegetables and only a very limited selection.
We stayed for one night before our flight and had an excellent experience. We were able to check in early, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was always coffee available in the lobby. The airport shuttle was great - efficient, fast, and dropped us off right at the gate. Very convenient and friendly service, highly recommended.

United StatesI did not like the vent in the bathroom it works on sensor and my dog walking in the hall would turn it on and it stays on for a while. Hampton usually has a good breakfast but this breakfast not so good. Sausage gravy was left in a container on counter to get cold, no coffee and biscuits was hard as a rock but waffles were good.
It was very clean and the staff were great.
