Elevator was broken and the stair doors slammed shut

Refrigerator didn't work and they never got us a new one. They did reduce our rate to 100 dollars a night. Hope we get our refund !!!!2

The heater/heat was really loud when it came on and the noise didn’t stop until it turned off. We turned it down, but it was cold so it ran quite a bit. The pillows could have been bigger, just a suggestion.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was easy to get to. The room was clean and comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was WONDERFUL. I wish that I had gotten her name to give her a shout out specifically. She was very friendly and helpful and had amazing recommendations for the area as far as food and things to do, and was very sympathetic when my husband wasnt feeling well, and helped guide me to where I could get the things needed to make him feel better... Location was good. Tucked off, not super hectic, no road noise. The only down fall was that we traveled the same week as what seemed to be a lot of schools, so there were quite a few teens hanging out, but even they were being very respectful and quiet (as quiet as teen girls can be 🙂) I don't really travel to that area often but if we do come back we will definitely be staying here!

The pool was closed along with the hot tub whirlpool jacuzzi. They were both closed for renovation. That was a BIG BUMMER because we packed our suits and really looked forward to relaxing in the pool when we got there after a 4 hour drive there, but unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy that . I felt like we should have been notified that it was under construction we .most likely would of stayed somewhere else . I also thought we should of got a discount because of that .

We likes the hotel staff ,they were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very clean and good location.

The elevator was broken and key card access to rooms was broken so we had to leave our door unlocked or ask someone to take us to our room.

The staff were nice. It was nice to be able to bring our dog.

The gym was removed. I do look forward to some sort of weights, just to get some exercise after a day of travel.

The location is perfect, next to the highway, minutes to the center of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, great job. The room was as hoped for. No bad smells, not mold, musky, or the worse, cigarettes/smokers smells.
