Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSomeone was smoking in this nonsmoking hotel, I’m highly allergic so we checked out after one night. I was charged twice by the hotel even though I paid for the booking before I got there. They charged me a total of $530.. plus I had to give them $100 cash to check in which was refunded at the time of checkout. I’m still having trouble getting my money back a week later.
A lot of storage for luggage.

United StatesThe Doors wouldn't close properly, the rooms had humidity inside. The staff asked for a $100 cash deposit, at the end of checkout they don't remind you about your reimbursement, you have to tell them.

United StatesThere is one way in & out of this place. The light in our hallway room had a burnt-out bulb or just didn't work. The desk light would sometimes come on & sometimes not. The window unit had the temp set at the lowest temp & blowing at the highest. Which was fine except it gets really hot during the middle of the day. So despite the lowest temp & blowing the highest it still gets hot. The 2nd queen bed is so close to the closet that you can't open both closet doors without hitting the bed. The remote for the TV worked sometimes. The room itself had a smell. The hotel only accepts a cash deposit. The property is pretty sketchy. The 1st night the security guards were reviewing security cameras because something had gone down the night before. There was no vending machine. If a small snack was wanted then you could purchase, with cash only, something from their lobby snacks that ranged from $1-$4. And the cherry on top was the elevator going out an hour before check-out time. I am disabled & walking is a challenge. So having to go down 4 flights of stairs almost killed me. Before I booked here I checked & double-checked every area I could for reviews. Everything seemed legit.
They in fact did have hot breakfast. However, it was 1 meat item. Ex. The 1st morning we were there they served biscuits with sausage gravy. The 2nd morning was sausage patties limited to 1 per person. Each morning they served scrambled egg whites. My husband & daughter enjoyed them as long as my husband doctored them up. They had a waffle making station, 3 types of cereal, apples & oranges, yogurt, toast, 2 types of juice, & coffee & hot chocolate.
