The booking website said that they had a hot tub. No hot tub at this place so we were disappointed 😔

I want to preface this by saying the staff was so friendly that I believe if we had said something, they would’ve accommodated us. Our room reeked of mildew and the bed sheets and towels were damp, but we arrived so late we were too exhausted to complain or ask for fresh ones. I definitely think the hotel needs to check the rooms for mold because I’m pretty sure I saw some on the ceiling. There was also sand in the bathtub, which I found a little strange. Nothing was so bad that we didn’t just suck it up and go to sleep, though!

The staff was SO FRIENDLY!!! Seriously - the ladies who checked us in and out and the woman who greeted us at breakfast made our stay the pleasant experience that it was. Breakfast was also great!

Housekeeping. Did not like that we had to request house keeping. NO kleenex in the room and no trash bags. had to ask for housekeeping and towels.

We got deployed in our room and went out to dinner with family. We got back late thinking we were all set to just go to bed, but the toilet quit working, so we had to move rooms which meant packing back up and redeploying. The new room was fine, but we were exhausted. The people were very apologetic and friendly, but it was a hassle. The woman at the front desk was to credit me extra points when we checked out, but I'm not seeing any.

Would have preferred a room further away from the breakfast area, but since we were allowed to check in a little early, I didn’t want to complain.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Shops and restaurants were all around. Breakfast had many choices of different variety of foods.

I did not like the hotel was "pet friendly". During the evening you could hear dogs barking from other rooms. For someone who is traveling seeking relaxation, it is not the noise you would like to hear.

The rooms were recently renovated. The room is spacious. The location is convenient to eateries and shops. It is also close to the expressway.

The view of the roof of a mini mall. I wasn't there for the views though. Parking is a little tight on the weekends.

I liked the location to restaurants and shops. Quickly located next to the interstate. Beds were comfortable and showers were nice.

The back door locks at a certain time and key cards didn’t work. They only have 2 luggage racks and they weren’t available during checkout

Everything was great, just wish the back door would open with your room key after 9 PM. Makes it convenient when you’re in an end unit instead of having to walk from the front lobby all the way to the end.

Great location! Loaded with shopping restaurants call Home Depot, Walmart. Everything you could ask for was nearby.

The only thing was that the end door would not open at 7 something in the morning when I took the dog out. But, overall, no big deal. I understand safety measures.

I liked the option to bring our small dog so that we didn't have to get someone to watch her. Ice on our floor was great. Having a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker was great. We liked having the couch and the king size bed. We had plenty of towels; a/c worked well. Staff was very friendly!!! Restaurants close by; Wal-Mart close by...walking distance.
