Windows don't open, so no fresh air. Heating/cooling unit blows, causing a constant draft and hum. It's tolerable but my least favorite thing about these rooms.

Finally, dark roast coffee! Big win..Also appreciate oatmeal and fresh fruit. Soy milk would be fantastic.

I wanted to use the pool. It was very busy with a lot of kids. There should be an adult time slot. Even the jacuzzi was full of kids and the parents were just sitting around drinking..

The staff were friendly and very helpful..I think her name was Cindy..she checked us in and was able to awnser all my questions..breakfast was good. Very clean

The last 2 times we've stayed here the mini fridges literally freeze all our food after only being in there barely a day. Also the hot tub has been down for maintenance reason.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel...lots of options! Great coffee. The pool area is pretty awesome.

The location was convenient to the places we intended to visit. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. They had a well stocked complimentary breakfast, served in a large, comfortable area.

The elevator was smelly and the floors in the elevators dirty and sticky.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful as I like it cold and it held the temperature very well. It was quiet where I was located, top floor.

The breakfast was fine, buy there's always room for improvement. For example, they had omelette-like eggs, mixed with American cheese. I still ate it, because I like having an omelette for breakfast, but I would have preferred a choice of plain omelette without American cheese. Also, I had yogurt, but it had a lot of sugar. I would have preferred sugar-free, and even better, a sugar-free Greek yogurt.

I asked for a room on the top floor and away from the elevator and they gave us one. I also asked the staff for extra towels, which they provided. Besides that, they had a friendly attitude, which is always appreciated.

Breakfast hours end way to early! 6-9 Hours should be til 10 or 11. Not everyone is able to get up that early. Totally lost out on the free breakfast benefit and had to drive out and get food.

I was unhappy that the hot tub didn't work.even called front desk but still wasn't taken care of.that was my main reason of staying at Hampton Inn,cuz it had a nice pool & hot tub.this is the second time in 2 months I've stayed & hot tub NOT working.not sure I'll stay again..Other than that everything was great.
