Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOriginally made reservation for 1 night and the price was $139.00, couple days later the price was $221.00. I called and spoke with a very nice and professional customer service agent. She apologized and said there had been a change (We changed nothing) and there was nothing that could be done about it. Now I our final bill was $243.00. What the hell??? Hampton Inn is a nice place, but $104.00 over what we originally planned to pay. Of course we had to pay for it, we visited your city to celebrate my oldest grandsons High School graduation Very disappointed.
Very nice place and excellent staff. We loved the king size mattress! The breakfast was very good. The check in and out process was superb!
