Lots of banging doors and kids yelling in the evening. The first night we almost called the front desk thinking people were fighting. No fault of the motel, we know. Room could have used an extra wastebasket. Small one in bathroom not enough.

The doors were slamming very loudly when other guests entered and exited their rooms. Hallway rugs were very worn and needed replacement. Would have liked exhaust fan in bathroom.

Seemed like ground floor was recently renovated. Looked nice. Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Friendly staff. Loved the hooks on the wall to hang belongings. Nice to have breakfast included. Bathroom was updated and looked nice.

The breakfast was not up to standard of Hampton Inn in the southern states. Options were limited/bare minimum, expected more.

The room key situation was a bit unsatisfactory. When we checked in the desk clerk wasn't able to make the keys immediately. That was resolved quickly though. But twice during our stay, the keys would not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have them corrected. Also, on Saturday night we were not able to get in the room at all as the lock's battery seemed to be dead. We were given another room on the same floor to stay in until someone could come and break into the room.(1.5 hrs). We were move to the new room for the rest of our stay. I had to move all our belongings to the new room after 11pm that night. I am supposed to receive a 15% discount for two nights of our stay and the receipt printed at our departure indicates that. However, after more that 48 hours after we checked out, the charge for the stay hasn't appeared on my credit card.

The location is convenient to I-95 and to our family's house. Breakfast was good.

Will be nice, when done. New shower bodies put in over old ones-you could see old drain through the new one (not sure how easy that will be to clean), but shower floor made a weird noise, when you stepped on it, as it doesn’t seem to be supported underneath. Also toilet paper holder not properly installed, so holder fell off all the time. The contractor needs to check their work.

Was undergoing renovations, but was being kept clean. The pool (not yet opened, but would be in a few days) looked inviting. Beds comfortable. Breakfast very good (better than some other Hampton Inns). Staff friendly, offering fresh water when we checked in, letting us know we could easily get more. Only stayed one night, as we were traveling, but would definitely return.

Bathroom, wasn’t clean. Still had something left in the bathroom from previous guests. Shower/Bathroom wasn’t clean. Room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed very well. Trash cans very rusted. Breakfast area, kept running out of food each day, seemed like less and less items, even ran out of coffee creamer.

Hotel under renovations. I was put in old part of hotel. The shower faucet device to drain the water out wouldn’t pull up to release the water after taking a shower. I was there to go to a family funeral nearby.

My husband was upset that breakfast that was supposed to be at 6am was not ready until 7am. We booked here because we were doing a trail race at Fair Hill and wanted to use the pool afterwards for our sore muscles, much to our surprise the pool was being renovated and no where did it state that when our reservations were made, even the huge renovation sign in the lobby didn’t state pool on it!

The breakfast was perfect. Kids love it. Haven't seen a breakfast like this 1 this year. N i have been to a couple rooms. The pool was great. Came for the pool for the kids. N just loved the whole place.

The place was not clean. The trash was overflowing in the trash cans as you walked in. The rugs were dirty. The floors were dirty. The room itself was fair.

I booked and paid on booking.com but when I arrived at the hotel they weren’t able to honor my payment even though I had my receipt. Apparently they were having trouble with the app and I ended up having to pay again for the room. I would have hoped since I had my receipt they would’ve honored my reservation and then work with booking.com to solve whatever issues they were having but this wasn’t the case. Very disappointing to say the least. I had just finished an event, it was late and I was very tired so I just ended up paying them so I could get some rest.
