I was charged $169.00 more by booking.com than the original confirmed price of $555.00 for a 3 night stay. I was charged and paid a total amount of $724.00. This was not fair since as you can clearly see when I booked the hotel the confirmed price was $555.00. The hotel customer service representative confirmed this price as well. I would like a refund of $169.00 which booking.com over charged me. This is not a good business practice. Booking.com took advantage. Please issue my refund.

United StatesI know they were swamped with 4th of July visitors and we did not get the every other day complementary cleaning check in we requested, It is probably different when there are less ppl in town.
We spent a very pleasant 4th of July week at the hotel. The property was easily accessible and in a central location to pretty much everything we wanted to see in the extended area - recreational or historical. Breakfast and coffee was always well stocked from 6-10 thanks to Ruby in the kitchen. Anything that ran out you just needed to say and she already had the refill lined up.

United States--They lock all the doors at 11pm which is a problem for a huge group coming in at late hours --Rooms near laundry are very loud --minimal toiletries given (tiny packet with combined shampoo/conditioner) -you have to specially request housekeeping (and even if you do, they may not show up and it's like pulling teeth to get new towels or extra toiletries) --rooms need updating (carpet, bathrooms, TV, beds) --Cable TV offered was ancient -many family members had a lot of trouble with front desk person --No water bottles given --they only make one big thing of coffee a day (should offer a Keurig for guests to make their own in the lobby) --front desk has a huge plastic wall in front of it (gives the impression that it's a bad neighborhood ). Covid is pretty much over. Take this down please
-It's in a quiet area 6 min from town. -Rooms were quiet (I was on 3rd.floor away from elevators ) -Bed was fine (not awesome but not terrible) -comfortable feather pillow -clean --late night check in desk gal friendly --reasonable priced drinks offered in lobby (water, juice, Gatorade) -breakfast was average for a chain hotel --AC worked well --ice machine was easy to access --got a cookie at check in 😆 -Doors don't slam shut on their own waking up the whole floor -Plenty of outlets and USB plugs above night table!! 🥳🥳
