The AC unit in our room malfunctioned and was a noisy after it was repaired. The room could have had more seating and a table, as well as a sink to wash reusable utensils.

The breakfast selections were plentiful, with enough options to keep you satisfied. The rooms were clean, the AC unit in our room malfunctioned, but we were placed in another room over night. The unit was promptly repaired the next morning. However the overall hotel experience was good.

The breakfast did not have plain eggs, and cereal options were limited. I am not a fan of carpeted rooms; floors always look dingy.

Upon our arrival, I experienced hair and bugs in the bedding. Housekeeping took four hours to address this concern. I appreciate the pet friendly environment but ticks or fleas should not be a concern for guests.

The staff was cordial and the location was awesome to spend time with family.

The room was not throughly cleaned,or supplied. 1. There was a woman’s sanitary thing behind the toilet paper roll. 2. There was a dipping sauce top on side of sofa cushion. 3. There was only 1 wash cloth in bathroom. 4. The shower shelf was repaired sloppy and still sagging. Other than those things, everything was the same. Breakfast eggs & meat could be better as mentioned in earlier comments.

The hallways and carpet were a bit dirty (found unmarked pills on the floor).

Location was close to what we needed on our visit. The keyless check-in was also very convenient, and having app access to selecting our room helped with managing our family's large size. Also, the continental breakfast was pretty good as well.

Pool was OK, however, almost in the parking lot. Maybe ok to jump in, but not to relax and spent time.

Room was spacious, everything was clean. Parking was spacious and we could park closely to the entrance. Hotel located closely to shopping mall and groceries if needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

I didn't love the breakfast options since there weren't healthy clean food. Too much sugar and fat. I'd like staff to be WAY more welcoming and that's for free. You could choose people who enjoy being with people so they can have always a nicer, more helpful and serving attitude, a simple smile helps a lot.

"we were greeted" by a very unpleasant young brown-haired lady at the reception, she started shouting at me that I had to give her a credit card with my name on it, I didn't understand why she wanted it from me. I paid for the accommodation in advance through the application. I realized that it requires payment of a deposit, but the lady did not tell us that at all. she behaved really terribly unpleasantly towards us. I have never experienced such behavior from any employee… the next day there was a nice man at the reception who was the complete opposite of the lady. He smiled at everyone and wished us a wonderful morning.
