Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe parking lot was full when I got there and I had to park in a side lot. It would not have been an issue except I was traveling with a lot of work equipment and it was somewhat difficult for me to get it in and out of the hotel due to the location of the parking lot. There was not a ton of lighting in the lot so I tried to enter the hotel through the door closest to the side parking lot, the door near the pool. With all of my equipment, I use a collapsable wagon to carry my stuff too and from the car. Every door that I had to go through in the building, with the exception of the front sliding doors, was a REALLY tight fit with the wagon. I don't usually have issues but I think that the doors were not the standard size which caused me some difficulty. If someone were traveling with a wheelchair or walker, the side doors and doors to the hallways would be very difficult to navigate.
The location could not have been better! I was able to stay in a relatively convenient location near the highway but also near a ton of food options. The restaurants were so close that I ended up just walking over there from the hotel because I did not want to give up my parking spot.

United StatesHad kids next door screaming and yelling and banging on the walls. Was hard to relax when they arrived. The bathroom was very small and the shower didnt drain so i was standing in about 3 in of water.
I loved the comfortable bed and the room was clean. The breakfast was very different from most other hotels. I was very happy we picked this hotel to stay in for our business trip overnight. Close to lots of things to do and good places to eat.
