TV didn't work. Patio closed and ice machine on 3rd floor. Elevator closed for maintenance. Thank god she had one room on 1st floor as my husband could not havedone elevator. Someone was nice enough to get us ice, which we needed.

My room was clean and comfortable. There wasn’t much noise from the adjacent rooms which was great. The fitness center was small but very well equipped for a quick workout. The breakfast was nothing exceptional but was pretty good for a free meal. I had an issue with my keycard getting back into my room but the staff member at the front desk quickly resolved it. Overall it was a grey stay for two nights.

Breakfast items were half gone and it took a long time for staff to refill. Garbage cans were overflowing. Beds were very hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor.

Hampton Inn is our lodging of choice. Always happy, usually. Our room was small. The bathroom extremely small with a toilet so low we practically sat on the floor. The beds were not at comfortable as any we have had recently. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. After sitting in a car all day, a nice chair is appreciated. Just not up to the usual Hampton Inn, we know and love. We realize prices have gone up on all places, but this one fell short.

At check-in we were told “some” of the tv channels were not working. It turned out most of the channels didn’t work and there were no apps on the tv to make streaming easily accessible. The pool was okay except one of the rails to get into the pool is very loose. After returning to the room we discovered after 1 shower that the tub does not drain. It took over an hour to drain after 1 short shower. This made it incredibly inconvenient for us all to try to shower, it’s impossible to wait over an hour between each shower. The fridge did not cool but we were given a knob from front desk, it didn’t fit but was enough to turn the knob a tad to get some sort of cool air in the fridge. The front desk reported the hotel was full and we could not move rooms to help the shower situation but stated it could be fixed the next morning. It did not get repaired during our entire stay. I cannot review the breakfast as there were scraps the entire time we were there and only had cold cereal. The women’s restroom by the pool was out of order which was a little inconvenient while swimming. The biggest issue was not being able to shower during our stay and no one being concerned enough to fix the situation for us.
