I think someone had been given the room prior to us and swapped rooms. There was a hair on the toilet seat, the soap was out but looked unused and a face cloth was on the sink unfolded. We were exhausted from a long drive and it was late so we did not ask for a new room. The rest of the room was clean.

The pool, it was nice to get into after a long days work; a hot tub next to the pool would be even better. I liked how the Hampton was hidden back behind Wegmans, secluded feeling, even though it was in a busy business area.

Breakfast lwas not good. Eggs were cold. Sausages were undercooked and cold. Coffee wasn't that good either. Improvements are needed in that area.

I think they could have done a better job of managing breakfast options. They were running out of things at 9 AM.

The location is great for this hotel. It's quiet yet it's very close to a Wegmans grocery store for snacks or meals. And they offer comfortable, allergen-free rooms.

I did not like the beds. The beds felt old and flimsy.. There was no top sheet under comforter. The comforter had stains on it. The sheets were not soft. Also, there was no soap for bathroom sink. Only two towels for four persons. The fridge had never been cleaned out from previous guests. This hotel was one of my favorites in the area. But, has deteriorated in the last few years. Definitely, needs some TLC.

Breakfast was very basic. Like the fact that there is coffee all day.

Pool area could use some more lighting and ventilation, my throat burned from the chlorine after about 30 minutes and beds are pretty hard.

Well located, pet friendly with lots of areas to walk our dog, cleaning staff were hard working and overall did a good job. Breakfast was typical but pretty good, cordial staff.

Breakfast was not well stocked. There was no milk and no orange juice. The toaster was broken. Bacon was very greasy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The variety of TV channels were good. Good location.

The beds were too firm and the room was not fully cleaned. We found debris and a broken shard of hard plastic loose on the carpet. The blackout rolling blind was broken and we were too tired from a long drive to switch rooms. Unfortunately, that meant the light came jn around 6am and woke us all up from fitful sleep. The pool towels are tiny and pretty useless, we needed using our room towels.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The pillows were a good mix and there were many available. The included breakfast was nice, and the room was fairly quiet aside from doors in the hall opening and closing. The pool lock was not working, but staff was happy to helpnus get in. The pool was very warm.

The lack of breakfast selection, which was disappointing when compared to the other Hampton Inns stayed in on current trip, very limited breakfast choice and coffee selection.

The hotel was pleasant and easy to find, rooms where comfortable, staff were helpful.
