United StatesI didn’t know that they were doing renovations until we got there. The Hampton Inn site notifies guests but Booking.com does not. The pool wasn’t in use. The breakfast was not up to par - only about 1/2 of the traditional options were available. The drink machine didn’t work. The employee did not check on anyone during breakfast.

United StatesThe pool was cold. Several linen items of bedding and towels were stained/appeared dirty. The toilet was dirty, and when noted to the staff the reply was that it is due to hard water, however the sink and tub area did not show evidence of hard water. The elevator, dinner by area floor, and floors throughout were very worn, dirty & unkept- overall as I heard another guest note the property “is tired”. I agree, it looks somewhat out of date, not well maintained and a staff shortage had people doing their best to juggle multiple tasks/duties. I felt bad for the employees that were there, doing the best they could, but this property could benefit from a serious deep clean from top to bottom.
The breakfast was fine with a variety of hot selections. The complimentary water was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was illuminated.

GermanyDont want to complain much because the price was good. Service in the evenings was not great and sometimes no one there at all. For sure the hotel needs upgrading, dirty carpets in the hall etc. All in all as a business traveler not bad and reccommended. Gets the job done. Would not recommend for families.

United StatesThe pool was not open yet the lights were on everyday. Notice on check in that the pool was not open would have been great. Actually notice on registration that the pool was closed would have been great as it was a selling point for the hotel.
The breakfast was mediocre. The location was great. Ease of checking in and out was quick and easy. The Hilton app with the digital key was fantastic. The room set up was also convenient and easy to maneuver.

United StatesI was charged a $75 pet deposit 2x! We extended our stay by 1 day & the clerk said we had to check out and then in again to extend but I don't think it was fair to charge the pet deposit again, especially when both of my dogs have ESA documentation that states I'm NOT to be required to pay a pet deposit, in the first place, but I did! They also made us pay a $50 "damages" deposit 2x (which your supposed to get back at the end of your stay apon inspection. )That ended up costing us another $250! The pump in the toilet was tempermental, we ended up having to leave the back of the toilet off so when we flushed we could push the pump down so it would refill the tank! When the lobby ran out of creamer, nobody bothered to run to the store to get more, until their normal ordered process showed up. That I felt like I was being shoved out the door on check out day!
That they put us on the main floor, at the end of the hallway closest to the exit. They had hot breakfast every morning, until 10am! They also served fresh coffee and bottle water for free all day! They also had a nice selection of snacks and supplies!
