It’s not really a dislike, instead a suggestion. The bathtub in the room was great apart from the fact that there is no way to protect from falling when taking a shower so I felt best to put a towel in our bathtub for safety reasons.

Location! Not too far from family we were visiting from out of State for Thanksgiving 2024! Tyler was so professional and kind when we arrived and prior, with text messages informing me of there was anything I needed to let him know. There was another lady at the front desk that I didn’t get the name of the next day too! Kaja (I hope I spelt her name right!) the morning of checkout was so kind too with her pretty painted nails! Everyone, including the lovely lady who came to clean our room, along with the janitorial staff were pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for others who need a good place to stay if ever in the area!

All the construction and all the different exits to get to the hotel was the biggest problem.

Once we found the hotel, and checked in, everything was great. The room was clean, spacious and I love the giant TV and art decor. The breakfast was so good!. Definitely will come back again.

I did NOT LIKE that I was NOT able to get a complimentary bottle of water because I used "booking.com". I was punished for this and had to swallow my meds dry.

I was not pleased with the selection of the breakfast, at least not to the European standards. There were too much "sweet pastries" so it was hard to try and eat healthy. It was good to have the small shop next to the reception but purchased 2 small beers and they did not have beer-opener.

Room was spacious and clear. Shower was huge! There was even a small gym, which was nice. The pool (spa) was outside and unfortunately it rained that day so could not use it.

The stuff has not been trained well. We decided to turn off AC but we did not know how to change settings on AC because the buttons on the equipment were disabled. So you cannot push the button that is directly on AC and turn it off or on. We were tired after long trip to look for solutions. We called the front desk for help. We asked a lady from frond desk to come to see what is going on with AC. She said that she does not know how to adjust temperature or switch off AC (!!) … how come? She offer us another room but it has the same problem. She did not know how to change settings on AC. Bad night while staying there, no rest at all. I do not recommend this property. We’ve paid for rest but did not get it.

The property is clean. But the AC so noisy that you almost can’t sleep in the night. The AC does not work properly. It turns on and off each few minutes and makes noise that interrupts your sleep. We were awake almost all the night. And it is not only in one room, we asked for another room because we thought that there is particular problem with our AC but in the second room the AC works in the same way - too noisy making you uncomfortable to sleep.
