Waited too long to get into room. Nearly 2 hours too long and it messed with our plans to drop off luggage then head to river and game. Stayed near hotel and checked on room readiness multiple times. The breakfast was slow in getting food out.

Breakfast area was small and crowded. There was an issue with staffing so there wasn't a lot of food available. I also wish there was an option for free parking. The view from my room was also not great.

It was near the concert venue.

Traveling with a group of friends, I booked a suite specifically so each of us could have our own bed (2 queens + sofa bed). The sofa bed mattress was VERY thin. A good mattress topper tucked along with the extra bedding in the closet would go a long way to a more comfortable night. We had to call down for an extra blanket, as only a fitted and top sheet were found with the extra pillows, but that was easily remedied. Not so easily fixed: the fan on the air conditioner is quite loud, and the drapes do not close all the way and the shears do not block enough of the city lights to make the room truly dark.

As we were attending a Reds baseball game, the hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the stadium. Arriving later in the day, self-parking was not a problem. It seemed to be in a decent area. The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were well-kept. Although the room could use some updating, it was spacious and clean. A nook contained a small refrigerator, microwave, and sink. An additional sink was separate from the tub/shower and toilet. A very nice continental breakfast was a bonus. Heather was very helpful in trying to resolve a friend's cancelation issue.

I wasn't happy that I paid eighty four dollars to park for 2 days.. If I would have looked into parking beforehand I would have chose a different location...

NO Parking, had to pay nearly a $100 for parking and parking garage elevator was not working....the hotel should be negotiating on our behalf for reduced cost especially with the elevator being broken. Nearly 65yrs old with a knee replacement and had to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

Building was nice, breakfast was good. Staff for breakfast was awesome, super friendly and on top of things.

The breakfast food was excellent. I enjoy the help from the staff in the breakfast room.

The hot breakfast 6 to 10 am that was advertised was pretty dismal by my standards. By 9:20 on a Sunday they had ran out of everything : omelettes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and coffee. Very, very disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work either.

Convenient location; garage across the street was a good price for an 18 hour stay.

we were woken up by housekeeping 3 times the morning of our departure (we stayed one night, it was a Sunday and hours before the posted checkout time). the bed was ok but the pillows were awfully uncomfortable. room didn't have blackout curtains. door didn't close all the way, got stuck and was incredibly heavy. not a hotel with accessibility for someone with mobility issues.

location was great for what we got it for (concert at the Brady). the building is old with its charms and the breakfast was ok. rooms are spacious.

We needed an Uber to get up to UC campus every time but that was to be expected. Breakfast was ok, lots of flavored waffle batter options and tacos which I don’t typically eat for breakfast.

We were upgraded to a corner suite thanks to our Hilton honors points and then woman behind the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good downtown location.
