it's a little hidden in regards of the other properties around and the beach access that corresponded to the resort is not well marked/label

My confirmation price was not what they charged us (we were charged $47.75 more). I tried calling, texting and emailing this place for an explanation, but I get not reply. I not sure that I will go through a 'third party' to book reservations in the future.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Except, the master bed made a large creaking noise any time you moved. Not enjoyable sleep.

Like other reviews, the boathouse the shower, not having a shower door was the only issue but the housekeeping staff was wonderful and offered towels and other items to make her stay wonderful

Great amenities, we stayed on the intercoastal side of the resort and enjoyed watching the boats go by, and a short walk across the street to the resort private beach. Awesome.

The room was extremely small, and there was a shower door instead of a door for the toilet, so really no privacy when using the restroom or to shower. It was very clean.

What I didn’t like about the property was the bathroom situation. We had one of there smaller units. The shower and toilet right next to each other. Meaning that when showering the water went all over the floor. Door in the bathroom were shower doors. This was like a tiny home.

From start to finish Cheryl was amazing. The rooms were exactly as advertised and the beach was so close. My family loved it. We ended up extending our stay and already booked both beach homes for next month.

Location right on the beach/bay. Back view was on the bay, front was the beach. It was perfect. Loved the screened in back patio overlooking the bay. Had everything we needed. The owners/ employees were beyond hospitable. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything worked out very well. Check-in was virtual, so we didn't see any staff -- but they were very communicative via text and we had no issues. A good experience overall.

Perfect location for exploring the area around Casey Key and Venice, Florida. We liked the direct access to the beach and the ability to step out our back door and watch the boats coming and going from the state boat ramp!

The outside looked worn and the inside walls needed some attention - the inside space was small and the outside location crowded - nothing you could walk to for food etc.

The bathroom was recently remodeled, there was a fridge and microwave and dishes. Beach access was across the street
