How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The ignorance of the front desk clerk who demanded we provide proof of my daughter's service dog and the manager that told him to do this. Totally against ADA Laws.
We liked that Ryan a staff member who stood up for us to the front desk clerk on duty. The front desk clerk was clueless and extremely rude to us about ADA Laws. My daughter has a service dog and the clerk was demanding proof of her being a service dog. Which is against the law. A very frustrating experience. If not for Ryan we would have left the hotel. I hope they appreciate her as much as we do

The lady who checked us in yesterday wasn’t friendly. Also, the toilet broke, we tried to fix it and there was a lot of mold in the tank.

We were on the freeway side it was loud. The air conditioner was even louder. They charge $50 for early arrivals(was going to be about 1 hour).
Good location. Room was clean and comfortable.

Would love a coffee maker in the room, and a shelf beside to set suitcases on.

Description in Booking.com shouldn’t have said city view room because that was not true. A healthy option cereal, another fruit option for breakfast would be helpful. The boiled eggs were not good, my husband said.

Stayed here before in rooms opposite the interstate. This time it room faced I-5 so it was more noisy. Didn't have chair expected based on other king rooms we have rented. Realizing that this hotel is not consistent room to room if you book the same class of room.
Clean hotel that doesn't smell like disinfectant. Good location of you want to walk to grocery store.

Being on the second floor facing the freeway was louder than anticipated with the road noise and loud guests on the 3rd floor. Bring a white noise machine and/or ear plugs.
The location is convenient, right off the freeway and across the street from two grocery stores. In the room there is an oversized mini fridge and microwave, the lamp by the bed has 2 usb plugs for easy device charging and the breakfast was a selection of bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and diy waffles.

I thought I had booked a two bed room but apparently I booked a one bed room. I was not able to upgrade to a two bed room and just pay the extra. I was told that I would have to pay for the two bedr oom and would not get a refund for the one bedroom. Essentially I would have been paying for two hotel rooms. Maybe it's in the fine print, but I don't understand why I was not able to just use the money I spent on the first room and just pay the extra for the upgrade.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Location in relation to the highway is a bit unfortunate. My room on the 3rd floor facing the highway was fairly noisy. I'm sure the opposite side of the hotel is protected from this. If you are sensitive to noise, you might request a quieter room. Early check-in policy was a bit pricey ($50 or almost half the price of the room).
Easy to get to with lots of food options nearby.
