This is an outstanding B&B although no breakfast available since covid. The cottages are delightful and the owner is superb. We spent a lovely evening talking with the owner. Excellent location and phenomenal views. Stayed two nights and could have stayed longer.

Michelle was absolutely AMAZING and we quickly became friends. She is a beautiful spirit! I felt so safe on the property as a female, solo traveller. The Grizzly Cottage was the perfect size for me and had everything I could have needed and MORE! The property has a spirtual vibe and I loved that. I will be back!

It was all amazing.

Everything was amazing. The details in the house, fully equipped with everything we needed, truly made us feel at home after 2.5 weeks on the road. The host had everything we could have imagined, including milk, eggs and condiments in the fridge so we didn’t need to spend extra money. It is so nicely located close to Cortez, Mesa Verde and Ute Mountain. We had an entire house to ourselves and I can’t begin to describe how peaceful it is here.

Oh my gosh, I loved everything

It was so beautiful, clean, and quiet, our host Michelle was amazing, the backyard felt like a little retreat, we had a beautiful waterfall, and it was just relaxing...We loved all the beautiful personal touches inside and outside of the house..We plan on going back soon

I wish we could have spent a week there! Michelle has gone ALL OUT to make this place awesome in every way, down to the creamers in the frig, fresh coffee, cherries from her trees and more. We loved it.

The host had so many special touches and the amenities were way beyond what I expected. We cooked dinner in one night, and the kitchen was really well stocked with equipment and spices. We also loved the ambience of the location, with the little brook, the patio seating, and all the beautiful art

Michelle is a wonderful hostess. She always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is great for getting to Mesa Verde, Canyons of the Ancients and Hovenweep. This house is immaculate, decorated beautifully, with a full kithchen completely outfitted. The grounds and patio are also wonderful.

Beautiful place! Well equipped, everything you could want is available! Beautiful artwork, very functional surroundings, could not find fault with anything, very workable. Michelle met us when we arrived and got us oriented,! Very pleasant host.

The wifi was supposed to be very good, but we found it to be lacking. Pictures and emails did not transfer at all until we went into town. The cell service is the area was poor. Michelle said that the wifi was highly rated, but I wouldn't say that she was getting adequate value for what she paid. that was the only downer.

It was a very nice place and Michelle was very welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, soaps and everything you need! Very comfortable beds! The two bedroom house was so roomy! The cooler worked so well we would get cold and turn it off. Michelle was so welcoming and easy to talk with. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Mesa Verde! 20 minute drive to the park entrance
