For the price point, we thought we would have water replenished each day and the last evening of Our stay the room was not cleaned well at all. They did a great Job the previous nights.

    The location was perfect.

Since the hotel is an old renovated house, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear toilets flushing and doors slamming but it's to be expected.

The location was perfect - walking distance to the ferry and the town. The room decor was tasteful and elegant. The bathroom was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, especially the inn keeper, John. Even after we had checked out and were contemplating what to do, he suggested going to Jetties Beach and let us use beach chairs and towels while we killed time for our evening ferry. The brunch we had at the restaurant was delicious, as well as the drink at the bar. I can't recommend this place enough. We really loved our stay and will be back!

charming, well-appointed - the details such as the tile and amenities in the bathroom are the extras that make a stay feel both luxurious and comforting all at once.

Everything was great. They had 24hr coffee and muffins in the morning. Maybe some juice and bagels too? Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing water pressure in the shower. Allowed for early check in after long flight which was so nice.

Our only comments were the rooms aren’t huge - but none are in Nantucket so this can’t be helped. Other than that, the pillows were quite hard and not particularly comfortable.

The hotel is beautifully finished and in a great location (5 min walk from the ferries). We got engaged on our trip to Nantucket and the staff (John in particular) were super helpful with recommendations and left a gift for us in the room after our engagement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nantucket at Greydon House - thank you.

Would've been nice if the room had a comfortable chair where I could work.

Did not enjoy the breakfast, they were frozen muffins, think they could improve in this. Also the hotel did not have an area where I could work, had to go into the restaurant adjacent to hotel.

Cozy place, friendly staff. The host allowed us early check-in and late check-out. They gave us information about the restaurants that are open on new year's eve. It was very helpful. The building is near the wharf and in walking distance from the touristy area. The art they have on the wall, the wooden key card, furniture, everything in the house makes the pretty and comfortable atmosphere of this hotel. Wifi was strong Spacy room Complimentary water in the fridge The private bathroom was clean There were bedside outlets so we could charge our phones.

Besides the restaurant being closed there really wasn't much to dislike. It is a great place.

Location was as good as you can get in Nantucket. It is downtown, close to everything. Hotel went out of its way to assist us even though their restaurant was closed for Christmas. Great service by staff and owner

Nothing - it was all perfect really. If I had to add one more thing to make it better it would be wonderful if the restaurant and bar were open before 5:30. Would be fun to get drinks during day or have breakfast at the hotel.

The property was fabulous! The location could not be better, so central to everything. The property is so beautifully designed and has such an incredible atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were outstanding as well. The absolute best part was John the manager!!! He made the trip so extra special in every way! From recommendations to all the best restaurants and attractions and insights to how the locals live. Chatting with John was a highlight of our stay! Sam the bartender was also great! Topnotch drinks and conversation.
