Bring your own pillows. The pillows were thin and definitely not enough for a double room Each bed had one “hard” pillow and one “soft” pillow. We had to roll up the blankets and towels and put them under the pillows to have enough support to sleep. There were

I'm disabled and my husband's 70. It was really hard for us both to get in and out of pool. Definitely needs a rail to hold on to. We love to be in a pool but because of no rail we only got in 1 time Except for

No breakfast. At least we wasn't told if there was 1 or not. We had only planned on staying 5 nights but at last minute we decided on 1 more night. At 1st they said we'd have to move to different room but few minutes later said we could keep the same room. I felt they went out of their way for us

Nobody never came to clean my room. They said they're not allowed in there. Because I guess in the past employees was stealing off the customers. The manager told me. had to go get clean towels and wash close had to tell him. Take the hair out of my tub three times it was clogged up

You have to get your own towels each day from the front office after use. really wasn't no house keepers they only cleaned the room after people checked out

There were stains on our 2nd bed [I think they attempted to clean it but it just wasn't something we want to see in a hotel room] and the room could use updating.

The ONLY thing I think could be better was there need to be a railing at the pool. I saw older people really struggling to get in and out. It's a safety hazard. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but honestly, at the price, I'm not complaining. Everything worked. Great place.

The tv was not good and the microwave was not that great it needed to be replaced because it was burnt on the inside the tv had lines through some of the channels.

Definitely needs a facelift. Very worn. Broken door knobs. Patched holes in the walls. You can hear everything from the room next to you. Very clearly hear basic conversation from your neighbors. The beds were not comfortable. One pillow per person and they were the thinnest pillows ever. Didn’t know pillows that thin were ever made.

Price was low for a last minute stay. Good location. Has ramp instead of steps. Made it easier to get luggage to the 2nd floor. Friendly front desk. Quick check in. Easy check out. Just leave keys in the drop.
