It had a spa tub, bad part was it kept setting off the fire alarm. That was a bad design because you couldn’t shut the door to the tub and there was no fan for the steam. The parking has no lines and the people staying there didn’t know how to park so we had to park away and to the side. This isn’t the facilities fault but lines for parking spots or some kind of signage would help.

I loved the room. It was so comfy and cute. The rooms are large and comfy. There was no tv but that was actually nice. They do have WiFi if you have a device. The restaurant is awesome and you should check it out!

Inn was cozy, well appointed, could be cleaner, but had a surprise amazing jacuzzi tub, 8/10.

The restaurant was not open for the duration of our stay which was very disappointing because there was no other options for food and the Green Springs Inn marketed the restaurant as something that would be available to us. The restaurant's hours were not posted anywhere, we figured out through talking to other guests that the hours might be 11 am to 7 pm. There were many spiders and webs and it could have been cleaner.

My Fiancée and I booked room 4 as a stay on a road trip from from San Francisco to Seattle. The room met our expectations and overall was a great stay. The amenities were excellent. The room we booked did not have a jacuzzi tub listed on the room details, and we were happily surprised to find the enormous, and very romantic, jacuzzi tub outlined in cedar wood. The tub water was hot hot, it filled fast, and everything worked well and was clean enough for use. Overall we would definitely stay here again due to the price, their kind and legal accommodation of our service dog, and the awesome jacuzzi tub. Also, the drive up to Green Springs Inn on historic Route 66 was absolutely breath taking.

Felt like they were just opening up after being closed for winter. If you have kids, there's no entertainment for them. Thin walls. Wish we had gotten a cabin.

Peace and tranquility. Clean and very comfortable. The drive to get here is worth it alone.

The bed could have been firmer-it was a little too soft for my liking. It also would have been nice to know about the restaurant being closed prior to booking the reservation.

The location was very idyllic and ridiculously away from town.

I would have liked to have some sort of meal or vending area close by. The closest restaurant at a neighboring lodge closed early, so dinner resulted in driving back into town (about 30 minutes away).

Location was unbeatable. Super quiet, gorgeous views (even on the drive). Take it one turn at a time, it's a really windy road. Location is definitely out of the way, but there's next to no light pollution. I was able to get some really good night sky photography.

There was a raccoon inside the roof that kept us awake for two nights. We did contact the property managers who came right away. They trapped snd removed the raccoon. Much quieter after. There are no restaurant facilities on the property. There is a restaurant and small store less than five miles from the property. Wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.

The location was excellent as long as you are okay with not being in the city. We enjoyed the quiet setting outside. There were two chargers, CCS1. They are slow chargers, but nice to have.

There was no ice, which was upsetting. After a long drive to Green Springs, we were looking forward to a nice, cold cocktail!! Maybe put ice cube trays in the freezer??

The inn is a long drive from town, so if you forget anything or want to go out to eat it's about a 20 minute drive each way. And while I could text (due to the great wifi) phone service was dead - but that just made it very peaceful. Free cancellations require a two-week advance notice, but I realized the day before I arrived that they had just sent me a notice of "terms and conditions" and links to a page where guests could request late check in/check out times for a fee. That sort of information should be made available before the cancellation deadline!

This was a really clean and very comfortable room, and I really liked it here. The iron bed was one of the best I've ever had, even in MUCH more expensive places! Cushy pillows, a fluffy comforter, and just the right firmness. The wi-fi was strong and easy to connect to. The refrigerator had a freezer section that actually froze my ice packs (a rarity in hotel fridges, but necessary for road trips). And I loved the jacuzzi tub! It's in a separate little cedar-lined room, and it truly feels like a spa. Even though the weather outside was really hot when I was there, the air conditioner kept things just right at a steady temperature, without cycling on and off like so many hotel systems do. Overall, this is a real gem!

It appears that they forgot they were in the middle of cleaning my room. My bedding and my towels were changed, thankfully. The rest of the room was not cleaned though. There was hair in the bathtub and on the sink. The tip envelope from the previous guest was sitting on the table table ripped open. And there were crumbs in the chair. it looks like somebody got distracted and forgot they were cleaning that room. That was a big disappointment for us because we were looking forward to using the hot tub but we weren’t sure if it was clean so we couldn’t. Paid extra for something we could not use.

I really liked the location of the property. Although, it’s quite a trip up there, It’s beautiful to be there. Lots of deer and even some chickens hanging out.

    Honestly no complaints!

Beautiful location!!! The lodge was adorable and the grounds were well kept. Loved that it was a smart code entry so we didn’t have to keep track of a key/card. We walked around and admired all of the cabins and will stay in one of those in the future for sure. Lots of wildlife nearby and on the grounds. 10 out of 10 all around!!

Jets in the spa tub did not work. No staff on the property......felt a little disconcerting in case of emergency since no cell phone service on top of the mountain where the property is located either. On-site restaurant closed down.

The address of Ashland was misleading. We didn't realize the location was 17 miles on a narrow curvy road.

The room was nice, clean & comfortable bed.
