Kept hitting our heads on the light fixture over the kitchen area table. Kept being tripped by kitchen chairs and the loft element with the spiral staircase, while interesting, made going up and down to the second bedroom difficult.

The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent as we wanted to tour Grand Teton and having the kitchenette was important to us.

The fireplace was a little quirky . We could not figure out which light switch would turn it on. And the live TV connection would disconnect.

The location was beautiful and loved the pool and the dining was delicious. The room was spacious with a balcony.

Not enough light in the room, especially over the kitchenette sink, making it difficult to use the microwave; housekeeping did not sweep the room’s floor (honest mistake, I guess, but still…), leaving a lot of dirt for me to clean when I got back at night (if I hadn’t, it would have been the room would have become way too messy to walk around); only one washer & dryer for the whole property - simply not enough - in one tiny bitty room; tons of carts & containers with towels and other stuff in the hallways (at least on the 1st floor), which made the place look ugly and sort of cheap, which it definitely is not (it is veeeery nice & well appointed!!), and narrowed the corridors for the guests and made it harder for those who had to walk through with bulky items/luggage.

Our room was on second floor at top of stairs. We could hear people coming up stairs talking and perhaps at bar area. One night specifically was very noises with construction workers partying. Next time I would get a room further from stairs.

Great location in Jackson Hole, close to restaurants, tram, coffee and Teton National Park. A plus was also free washer and dryer

Staff was amazing! Super helpful and nice! The location is great with lots of things to do within walking distance yet still a close drive to downtown Jackson Hole.

When you get a bedroom with two queen beds, you do not get a refrigerator. My husband is diabetic and carries insulin and we had to request a refrigerator be brought in. Also, we had no TV service to begin with. The gentleman was there within just a few minutes to fix it, and it took a half hour to reprogram the TV. The front desk ladies weren’t overwhelmingly friendly when you need ice, you have to go back down to the first floor, go outside, and then go into another room to get ice.

Location, the food in the restaurant was excellent. The entire staff in the restaurant was exceptional.

Hotel and food options were very expensive for what you get. No laundry in unit or on site. The kitchenette was basically non existent and consisted of a 3 foot wide counter top with a sink, microwave, electric water pot, some dishes and a very small fridge with no freezer. Hot tub jets don't really work and temp was a bit low for me.

Proximity to lifts and restaurants is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. In room wifi worked well, in room fireplace was nice.
