My room was next to the elevator and the breakfast room. Too noisy. One of the lamp shades were damaged and look tacky.

The staff who checked us in could not give a straight answer. Because we are traveling with my daughter’s medical equipment and we don’t need it all every night, I asked if the parking lot was safe/patrolled. Her reply was, “things happen, you never know.” That gave me zero confidence that things were safe in that area. We also hit the issue of the guests across the hall from us smoking MJ. I’m not against the medical use but am highly allergic to it, which means I was sick all night. Not an issue except the evening staff simply acted like it was no big deal, just close your room door tight. Morning staff assured me it was a nonsmoking hotel and they should have been stopped from smoking anything, including Mj.

The property was easy to find, clean, quiet, well laid out. Breakfast was nice (pancakes, no waffles), accessible room was accessible, the soap/shampoo was right next to the shower bench and easy to access, parking was ample. There is a HC power door button to get in the building. Morning staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The hot drink and cookies was welcoming when we arrived after 8 hours of driving through wind and fog. Ice machine was easily accessible from a wheelchair (nice plus). Beds were comfortable. There were multiple pillows, each a different density, making it easier to find a comfortable one. The fridge is a nice size, microwave was in reach for wheelchair users, bed was not real tall so transfers were easy. The area was really quiet and the nights sleep good (aside from feeling I needed to check my vehicle multiple times at night thanks to the woman who checked us in).

Fantastic and generous selection of cold and hot breakfast items, from muffins and yogurt and one minute pancakes to scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits and gravy and everything in between. Breakfast hours were 3 1/2 hours long, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and all was fresh and inviting, including warm cinnamon rolls. Quite impressive for a hotel and probably one of the best hotel breakfast offerings I have seen.

Soap and Lotion hard to reach. Heater was quite dusty, obviously hadn't been used in a while. The coffee machine in the room didn't work.

That a ADA room was available. The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator. The continental breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The corner light near table was tricky to light, as the switch was in an awkward position.

Easy access to freeway, nice location near amenities. Clean room with just right space and room amenities. Veteran discount made it more affordable. We have been there 3 times this year, and recommended to friends and family for their travels.

It would be nice to see composting of food and paper plates and/or washable dishes - likely this is a corporate decision, but it is a shame that so much goes to the landfill. Our shower could have used some maintenance. Although it was functional, the water direction is a bit random. The air conditioner also need to be cleaned.

This was easy to find and a comfortable place to stay overnight. I would definitely stop here again. The staff were all very helpful in every interaction including two people who noticed that I had an ice bucket in hand and directed me the right way. In particular the individual at check-in provides super service during a high volume time. Breakfast was the standard, predictable options for this chain with several prepared options. There were laundry facilities, which was helpful after a rainy travel day.
