The heating would turn off at night and refuse to turn back on. We woke up freezing in the middle of the night both nights.

Parking was really tough, hard to find a spot to park, not sure we parked over night legally.

Room was big, loved the extra closet space to put all inside gear.

the toilet was more circular than oval. Without going too much into details, if I sat down i felt the cold somewhere. Shower head was WAY too low. I am 5'10, but the shower head was the same height at my neck. I had to squat to wash my hair. TV inside the room was ridiculously small. Also, the TV in the gym had netflix capabilities but not my room. Gym was not very pleasant to work out in. Dumbells are missing, no 25 or 35 lb plate.

Location was good, very close to the resort. I liked the app that allowed you to open the door with your phone. Sauna was great. The beds are soft and comfy, but when it is placed close to the windows it was very cold.

Close to town , room was comfortable and clean . Restaurant and Bar was nice after a long day of travel and not having to go back into downtown for dinner . Hot tub/ pool was fun meeting new people from around the country.

We booked a room with two beds through booking.com and were initially given a room with one bed. Easily cleared up and front desk was very nice and helpful but we had a lot of gear so it was a bit of a hassle.

The bathroom was small. The beds were full so it was a little tight. Lastly, the air filter was so bad that both myself and my son were coughing a lot. Immediately after we left and stayed somewhere else the next night, our cough went away. We stayed for 4 nights and only got fresh towels once.

It’s tucked in the trees so it feels like you’re part of nature.

Getting a room located on the third floor of an old building without elevator. I was expecting EV chargers at the facility based on the description on their online application, but EV chargers were not available within 20 min of the facility.

Being close to a Snow park that my grandkids could enjoy

The bed was comfy but the sheets and pillows were not. Bathroom was small may be a problem for folks 6' and bigger. You can hear people talk in the hallway. We did smell an odor in carpet in the hallway.

Location of the property. Quite surroundings outside although it was the off season. Staff was helpful and friendly. We did like the small fridge and microwave in the room.

We would've liked more options for breakfast. The kiddos don't eat eggs florentine.

Booking didn't submit the request for rooms correctly, but the staff fixed it and gave us what we needed.

Breakfast and the television reception. We spent too much time trying to get the TV to work. The hotel technician was no help and wasted more of out time. No service and terrible food for $20 at breakfast.

The rooms were a little outdated and floors were a bit dirty for the price.

Conveniently located to everything! On site restaurant was excellent and staff were great! Treetop adventure was definitely a plus!

Large groups of guests stayed talking on lodge patio after 11:00 PM. Voices could be heard in rooms facing the patio. Sleep was disrupted if room was open to the patio. Rooms can stay too warm well into the evening because of all-day sun and NO A/C. Rooms, especially on third floor, should have fans of some kind. Insulation is not adequate in standard rooms.

Setting in the woods away from traffic. Walkable trails on the site. Breakfast and dinner on site.
