Hard surface floors need a clean water rinse In our room. Tile and kitchenette floor had a sticky film on them. Kitchen sink needs a rim to have it fit the cutout in the countertop. The sink has large gaps around the perimeter and is not mounted correctly. The Refrigerator door is hinged incorrectly . It should open towards the room, sink and counter. Not open towards the wall! Refrigerator door is hinged on the right side. . It Needs to be hinged on the left side to be more easily accessed .

My room had a weird odor. I am not sure what caused it. Pool looked a little small, but it would be adequate for small children.

I checked in later in the evening. I was a little worried when I didn't see anyone at the front desk from the door, but the gentleman working there was very quick to notice that I had arrived and interrupted his office task to check me in promptly. He was friendly and let me know about all the amenities at the hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly an did a great job of keeping the facilities spotless. I came down late in the morning for breakfast, and there was still a lot of food left and the breakfast area was very well-kept. There was a good assortment of hot and cold items ... eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, and a waffle iron! I will stay again.

Very low couch!! It was a nice couch, but so low to the ground.

Our suite was amazing. Handicap Access was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and a fantastic value. We will come back and we will recommend it to family and friends visiting near Madison.

The only complaint I have is no shower pressure.

The shower head was a water saver that sprayed a strong mist. I was able to rinse my hair ok, but it was not the best.

I liked the kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was a tv in the living area and the bedroom.

Location was good, near airport, easy to drive, breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette made keeping food and dining in a good benefit.
