Staff or manager was very defensive. Quick to make accusations. Monitoring what guests took from the breakfast included in the cost of the room. She may have been ripped off in the past?

the shower / bathtub was a little hard to use being handicapped my children love the bath other than that pool was closed Putt-Putt was closed pretty sad books because of the pool and Putt-Putt for my boys but they were closed on arrival should put online while booking state that the pool is not open and that the Putt-Putt is not open and it is not a breakfast buffet it is pretty much you get served a paper plate with either pancakes and syrup with scrambled eggs or you get eggs potato and beans and toast and you can only get one plate they also have cereal but the milk honest they tasted mildewed from sitting out on the counter too long my son did not appreciate the milk milk made my son sick

I love the comfortability of the beds they were clean the parking to room was handicap accessible for me

Check in/out staff, false advertisement, no working indoor pool, no working bar. Treated by staff in the most demeaning way. The better business bureau that I am a board member of will most definitely be hearing about this. I feel bad for people who check in and have so many hurdles to jump through... unless the staff behind the desk just had it out for me. Absolutely pitiful.

Beds and the cleaning/maintenance staff were great, breakfast also.

There was stains on the sheets, the receptionist had a bit of an attitude, the sink didn't drain, and I know this is not the motels fault but there were very loud guests staying there that didn't let us rest. Also only one lamp worked. The lobby was not clean

Rooms were out dated, the beds sank in the middle, no light/poor lighting, the pool was down and breakfast had very few options, fast food would have been better.

The AC worked great during the summer months. Staff was friendly

They need to cut the grass in front it looks trashy. Also they need to state in the web site that the pool is not open. It needs a lot of renovations

It was not clean at all, toilet ran all night long kept me awake even with the door closed. Breakfast was ok. They had such a big room which was extremely hot and one person hand making breakfast on a tiny griddle.

They asked for a deposit on rooms that weren't up to par to need one they won't give you it back right away I'm still waiting 🤦 two hours later the fridge was frozen solid and beds were all broken we were just too tired to move around so late in the evening it's been in better shape we had stayed there years before so expected better not all room ac's work and there was a fire on one side of the building electrical issues everywhere vending machines 👎 busted be sure to take your own drinks and snacks

I liked the fact that it was big enough to not bother others while staying they did fix my issue w the room being small and ac not working so that made our stay bearable front desk were nice and I understood the issues and

I am being charged 30 dollars for already stained sheets but on the bed but me being the quiet person just didn’t say anything since I’ve stayed in many hotels it happens some stains may not come out. Now they want to charge me and take away from my deposit which was never stated online either that was required. Not happy and according to property sheets were thrown away. I’m still waiting on pictures to allegedly the housekeeping dept took.

My door knob broke off when I went to open the door. Couldn’t get in late at night after dinner so the staff moved me to a different room until they could fix it; breakfast was underwhelming.

The place was filthy. Everywhere from the room, bathroom, and even outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the pictures and such on the website are lies. There’s no restaurant/bar in the place. The pool is not functional and it’s just plain filthy everywhere.

It getting checked into the room I booked online was not without its share of difficulties and delays. I believe it took 3 hours. When I finally did get my room and just about time for bed(after midnight) someone knocked at the door. I'm definitely not expecting company so I just left it alone. To my surprise the door then. It was an employee apparently they do maintenance surprised by my occupancy. Just a strange time to fix a toilet that wasn't broken is all I'm saying. Anyway, not the worst Tuesday night.

I eventually got a room and I didn't have to sleep in my car so that's nice
