How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

it was loud sometimes because some rooms are near hallway. Also some trucks came at 6a and drove some cart like crazy.
Hotel is excellent, apartment was clean and with lot of space. We loved kitchen. There's coffee maker but no coffee :/ it would be small addition for hotel but big for us, we would like to have coffee when we arrive to hotel.

Nothing to dislike, but it was a bummer our elevator was broken. Lugging luggage up with a bad back was difficult. Also, hot tub in the family pool area could be way hotter. It felt more like a bath than a hot tub.
Nice welcome entry that looks directly out at the pool. Pool areas were amazing. Pool towels were always filled and available. Bar/restaurant had decent food and if offered a nice place to sit. 2-bedroom unit was spacious for 6 people. You could spend a few days here without going anywhere, but it’s a good location, close to outlets and all San Diego has to offer.

There was no breakfast included and to go but food was a 10 minute drive. Not convenient
The size of the rooms was amazing and the proximity to LEGOLAND was next door

Felt the 10am checkout was early given that we were having breakfast in the hotel. Unfortunately our food took a long time in getting to us and I had to ask the front desk if we could have a check out extension so that we could grab our things after we ate. I was given a 30 minute extension.
Staff was helpful and informative. Also enjoyed the convenience to Legoland and children centered amenities.

It was a bit loud later at night with the room facing the kid pool and youth were swimming later. But only for the front room with the window facing the pool.
I loved the proximity to Legoland and to Costco. It was a beautiful resort with so many things to do. I loved swimming in the quiet lap pool and playing with my kids in the kid pool. The room was clean, quiet, and had a well stocked kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. Would love to come stay again to enjoy more of the resort!

Misinformation in regard to getting my suite serviced. Staff did not seem to be on the same page. Every morning I did speak to someone and they advised it would be taken care of. The fact it never got done through out my whole stay was very disappointing. I was traveling with 5 adults and two children. You could understand how that could be frustrating coming back from a long day of being out.

How loud the rooms were. We could always hear the trains at night and planes from 5:30am until late at night. We could also hear literally everything from those staying above us, which made us have to request a room change.
The staff! Joy at the front desk was great.

At the time we were there, there was lots of construction going on and couldn’t use the elevator so that was annoying.
It was really close to the Legoland.

The walkways and entrance into the room need some attention, possibly power washing to remove the stains. Other than that my family and I love your facility and look forward to our next visit.
Everything went well and I have stayed at your facility over the years over 25 times and love it.

we found some hairs in unwanted places left by the maid, so vacuuming could have been better. But it’s always somewhat expected
kids love the family pool and activity center. Ryan at the activity center is ALWAYS so nice, helpful and outgoing and we all love him. we look forward to seeing him every time we come

Perfect resort for family with a spacious living room and kitchen. Amazing location with just 8 mins walk to Legoland. Nice outdoor swimming pool with hot tub to end your day. Noted: You have to park your own car at their underground parking and carry your own luggages to your suite. It's still awesome and great Value!
