A lot of activity in the parking lot and outside of rooms. Rooms don’t look like pictures and not kid or family friendly. Checked in and checked out 2 hours later because it was unsafe for me and my child to be staying at this hotel, door lock didn’t work so door only locked with latch at top, ac unit went out twice in the 2 hours I was there. Trying to get a refund and the hotel is ignoring the process complete bs don’t know how this hotel is still open. 100% don’t recommend especially if you want to be comfortable and safe.

The cockroachs that were roommates with me for the night and also fell on me from the ceiling and best part waking up in the middle of the night with 3 roaches on me before deciding to back my bags in trash bags and slept in the car

Cleanliness, surroundings, holes in the curtains and bedspread. Stains on the sheets, a piece of medical tape stuck to the pillowcase, toilet seat broken, shower stall filthy, scratched up and really looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 90’s

Absolutely nothing. This hotel was the worst place I ever attempted to stay at. The property was filthy and had crackheads and meth, heads, and homeless people laying all over around it and the Circle K that stood in front of it

The hotel was in such deplorable condition. How anybody would want to stay here is beyond my imagination.

Hotel is a filthy nightmare of a mess. The room that we were checked into had no sheets on the bed no pillowcases on the pillows. The floor was so buckled from water damage How is a hotel like this still operating? I guess you get what you pay for.

There was homeless all over and walking around the rooms my door didn’t open from the outside with the room key the entire 2 nights we had to use a crowbar to open it or just push it open hard after we left if we wanted to open it after meaning just anyone could get in pretty easily without using a key. I didn’t have a shower head, the sink was leaking everything so I couldn’t use that, the tv didn’t work, the towels were folded to where they looked clean and when you unfolded them they were just dirtyy and not even white

The room had the curtains for torn and not able to hang on the window no running water in the sink let's see told our bathtub when you took a shower would not drain the water no TV ask for refrigerator and a microwave ask for another room they gave us one about 5 hours later and that rooms people kept knocking at our window all night long as they walked by I want my money back please thank you

To be quite honest 80% of the whole thing. Tub didn't work one of the lights didn't work the TV didn't come on I kept getting interrupted by people who I did not feel the need to be interrupted by. IE front desk
