24 mins from MCO and 9 mins from Magic Kingdom. The staff are busy but amazingly helpful and supported wit all asks.

If I had to list a complaint the bed as hard and needs replacing.

Beautiful landscaping, the suite was huge and clean, excellent proximity to Disney.

I wish there was a coffee shop/small grocer within closer walking distance. It's about 15 minutes walk to CVS/Dunkin, but that is pretty standard from Kissimmee.

This place exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at a lot of properties in the 'Disney Bubble' (including on property) and this place was a standout. Excellent value for money and plenty of room for the whole family. Having an in-room washer and dryer plus a full fridge is hard to beat.

The a/c stopped working one day, but there is an a/c technician on site that fixed it in less than half an hour since I informed on the issue. That's unbelievable and fantastic service you don't see in a hotel usually. And that wasn't a simple issue at all - it involved filling cold gas!

Amazing maintained 3 bedroom apartment! Fantastic view Fantastic location in proximity to the malls and parks (both Disney and Universal). Greatly maintained amenities. Very helpful and attentive staff, helped with every request

I won't lie the tub is just too big in the bedroom. I wish it was behind a door along with the shower. I really didn't like it in there at all. That's just a preference thing. Took up too much space and it was just there..... Please get smart TVs.... please!! Even being able to bring a fire stick to plug in is better than limited channels. My only complaints

We were very pleased with the space and the cleanliness of the apartment. (Family of 5) I think the favorite place was the screened balcony 😌 my youngest was obsessed because all we had to do was put down a large blanket out there and he sat and played with his toys and took a break and scrolled through his tablet. He never went in his room until bed time. It was quiet there The pool was super nice, make the water warmer and I'd say it was the best. Overall all we loved it and the location, well it's minutes from everything.

Love the atmosphere, very quiet and the location is at the heart of all the attractions around Orlando. The 24/7 messaging system of their customer service is great to have too, everything we need is just a text away.

The bath in the bedroom (literally - in the bedroom…) is a little bit awkward

Big apartment for the whole family, clean and nice. It has tons of facilities that we didn’t use (due to time constraints) but they look amazing.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Karaoke night was a lot of fun! The staff was very helpful. The room was great-spacious and very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to go to.

While there is definitely room for improvement in the facilities for the property, it didn't hinder the kids’ enjoyment at all. I truly believe that with some enhancements, it could be even better for families. Additionally, it would be wonderful to see more knowledgeable and well-trained salespeople representing the Hilton Club product. It really deserves to shine, as it's genuinely worthwhile.

Everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful revelation to discover that this place was so much more splendid than our initial booking nearby, which came at double the price. I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to attend their presentation about joining the Hilton Club—it's a far superior option to time shares. Our stay was truly memorable, and we eagerly anticipate our return.
