The room was slightly dirty (found a piece of floss under the bed and the mirror was smudged) and there was a small larvae of some sort in my breakfast. I’m unsure if it fell from one of the trees or was there to begin with.

I enjoyed the location and nice houseplants in the lobby.

Serious updating needed. Furniture very old, box springs pretty bad , could be a little cleaner but they don't have enough staff. I feel bad because I liked the owners a lot and am rooting for them

The woman at check out was a little rude. The bed in room 202 was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was also uncomfortable for sitting and watching TV.

The gentleman at front desk was nice. The room was clean.

There were small brown/red stains on the sheets in one of the beds about the size of a blood spot.

The price was very reasonable. The Uber driver biased me, he kinda scared me about the area being shady. He advised me not to go out wandering. I stayed in to be safe however I had no issues, never felt unsafe. The rooms have not been upgraded, the carpet looks old but not stained or smelly. I was traveling by myself, in the future, I would consider staying there again if I were by myself but not if with my girlfriend.

The area the hotel is located around has a lot of homeless people but they keep their property nice and prices fairly cheap.

They serve hot breakfast daily, including biscuits & gravy, sausage/bacon, waffles, scrambled eggs, various cereals, and toast, bagels, and muffins. They also have juice, and it's not all watered down like other places. Their rooms, including bathrooms, are very spacious. The bathroom vanity mirror and counter space are also a plus. Some rooms even have a separate sitting area with a pull out sofa. The property is quiet and has lots of places to sit and visit in the lobby. They also have an outdoor pool in summer, an indoor hot tub, and dry sauna, along with a workout center.

I had to keep getting my key reset. Beds were a little firm for my taste.

Loved the giant plants. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Friendly, responsive staff. Overall, it was pretty quiet. The room was very spacious.

Breakfast was a little light, what they had was good, but they barely made enough for everyone that was there. A couple that was there for a staycation mentioned the food selection was way better a year ago when they stayed.

The lobby was unique, could have used a little more light but was fun and relaxing. Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms appeared clean and there was plenty of room.

Hot tub closes at 10 which is normal but I still dont like it. Also I wasnt a fan of the lack of vending. I would suggest more vending machines or possibly opening a small store on site.

Hotel is beautiful, bed was comfortable. Loved the spacious room with table and chairs. Having local channels was great being able to watch for updates on tornados during the night to keep us safe. Would gladly stay again
