A little outdated but clean rooms. Our room was like a sauna and would not cool down. It was so muggy and stuffy that we had a hard time relaxing after a long day of travel.

My room hall door lock didn't open reliably, even with the owners master key, smoke detector was removed, it's wiring exposed, light was not operational once the door was open. All but the bathroom was poorly lighted with low lumen bulbs. Door security latch was broken or sawn off and not replaced. Each of these point to operational/maintenance inadequacies, but were not significant problems for me. I was greatful to have a place when the town was full each place I checked.

The breakfast was typical, but I enjoyed the eggs, link sausage and biscuits and gravy and the one remaining banana and coffee. The management called and emailed me, concerned that I had left my medication. It was not mine, but I definitely appreciated their concern and action to let me know. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Toilet seat needed to be changed in our room. I did over hear a guest checking out early because of bed bugs so I did check my beds before sleeping. Everything is just kinda out dated.

Appeared to be one employee working at least 16 hours at the front desk. He was happy but tired looking. Breakfast had minimal protein offered- only carbs. No option for gluten free food.

We’re sorry to say that one mattress caved in the middle, the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, there was a stale odor in the carpeted hallway and in the room, and the breakfast was terrible; ie waffles batter had soured, biscuits cold and stale, eggs watery and tasteless, and no meat was offered:(

Maintenance should be better for the price. We picked this hotel as we were spending a long weekend and wanted something comfortable, and the reviews were great for this hotel. During our stay though, the toilet did not flush properly, we had to fix the flap after each flush in order for the toilet to not continuously run. The hot tub was out of service during our stay which wasn't a big deal too us since our kids prefer the pool, but the pool wasn't very clean. Put the 'please make up room' door sign out as we wanted trash taken out due to baby diapers, but no staff ever came to our room after 2 days of the sign being up.

The room was spacious which was great for traveling with our kids. It was nice to have a room that opened directly to the outside. There was a continental breakfast. The staff seemed nice.

Funny smell when you enter the hotel. It's not a clean smell. Carpet dingy looking Forgot to order coffee cups, so they had these tiny 4-5 oz cardboard cups set out No elevator. No curb appeal.

I specifically booked with this hotel because of the pool for my kids. The pool looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. the pool had a musky smell, hot tub was out of order and disgusting looking. The pool wasn’t even full all the way and had a yellow ring around it. The kids kept pulling beetles out of the pool. Our bathroom ceiling was falling apart literally. We had beetles falling out from behind stuff. And the ALL the carpets need cleaned they are all disgusting.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean for the most part.

Air conditioner was not very efficient, room smelled a little musty. Beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was OK but wish there was more offered.
