The mattresses on the bunk beds were just okay, and the shower took quite a long time to get warm water.

The location was perfect for an overnight to go to Artpark. The building is beautiful, and the room was very nice. It was clean, updated with plenty of space. Off-street parking was included.

The bed was a little hard, but I expected that.

We had a big room with doublebed, a bathroom and another room with two bunkbeds and a dining table. There was a lot of windows letting the light in, and in the evenings we could see the Niagara fireworks from the room. The kitchen is shared, but that was not a problem. We cooked and brought the dinner to our room. The host has planted herbs outside in the garden, which you could use for your cooking. The host was supernice and we had a lot of talks about nature and advise of what to do. Parking space was just next to the entrance, and plenty of space. The falls are in walking distance of the hostel. We never drove there, but used the nice foot paths to get there every day.

in walking distant to park, clean room and bed; I did not notice the limited time (3 to 7pm) to check in, so, we were late to hotel, but with other people helping, I called the staff, he was quickly come to help the check in.

The strict rule is that if you don't check in before the specified time (till 7pm) will impose additional charges of 40USD, almost 90% :( No towel and no complimentary breakfast . No power sockets in the bedside, for the mobile phones. Can Check-out in the Reception office at specific timings only (other times -> drop the key here box )

A few paper hand towels in the bathroom would have been helpful, but it wasn't a big deal.

Location was ideal. Room was clean and large enough for four without feeling crowded. Plenty of outlets for charging everyone's devices. I really liked the new, spacious kitchen. My first hostel experience and I would definitely go back

Shared rooms, with a small dinner table and private bath for the room, it has lockers to fit luggage you need to bring a lock and i didnt ask if they facilitate one.. also bring your own towel..

Unfortunately, I faced a very noisy guy on the top side of the bed. So, i couldn’t sleep well. It was very bad night there due to that guy!

Owner is a nice guy but probably he has not seen what is hospitality so he is somewhat rigid for rules and regulations. I think that’s not his fault as that’s how he was raised. I suggested him to visit an Asian country to experiance what is hospitality (India or Thailand).

Very small kitchen Limited availability of staff. Ran out of TP. No staff to provide more. Bathroom needs updating/repairs. Floor was warped. Seals on shower need to be replaced.

Excellent location with free parking. Nice common area. Very large room with separate sitting area & table. Near aquarium and park.

The bunk bed squeaked loudly each time I moved.

They had tea, a fridge to keep food and the kitchen was available for use. Staff provided a map and info about fireworks. The rooms/bathroom were clean and spacious.

The radiators kept venting/purging during the night, which was a bit annoying. Also, since the kitchen has no door towards the room, we could hear the fridge during the night.

Very good location to visit the falls, since you can take the path that goes along the downstream river all the way to the falls site. Host was funny and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean.

I can't think of anything to complain about. There were no TVs which might not suit some but we hardly spent much time in the house & definitely didn't miss a T.V

The location was perfect for accessing the US side of the Falls and it was easy to walk over the Rainbow Bridge to the Canadian side. We had a very spacious,warm,clean bedroom overlooking the Niagara Park and all the facilities in the house that we needed. Parking was plentiful & easy. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience there, thank you.
